I first called Ro on Fri & he said he'll be out Monday for quote. I mentioned it was starting to get long so could he just cut same day and he said he would Wednesday. He never came by end of day Monday so I called him. He apologized and said he would definitely be there Tuesday. Well still no response so I assume further efforts are futile. It's best to not accept a new client if you cannot, totally acceptable to me. But don't waste my time & efforts when I could have had someone else hired and my lawn serviced by now.

He didn't price gouge me, gave me the price up front and took the time to walk my entire property to ensure he knew where all my sprinkler heads were that might pose a lawnmower issue. I asked about it and cancelled my service. This is the VERY unprofessional response I got when I told them I was going to get another company: "Great for you, but that's not the way we work. I hope everything goes fantastic with them!! Have a great weekend!!" Do yourself a favor and go with someone else...my small yard is NOT worth $50 per mow. I'm also attaching the screenshots of me saying I'll pay the final invoice and me asking to move to bi-weekly with no mention of a price increase.
