Prejudice!! I was at a function this past weekend. Couldn't use debit card to purchase drinks. I've asked the bartender was there a ATM? She stated there was one downstairs. I went there and looked around for it. Well, the place was full of caucasians a man asked me "you looking for the ATM" I said yes. He said go out that door. That door was the outside. Heard the laughing! Being FUNNY would have led to a fight and ARREST!! I came back to my function and the bartender asked me what happened? I explained to her and she said she was so sorry that happened. NEVER EVER WOULD GO BACK THERE OR WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE!!!! read more

A friend of mine had her mother's surprise 50th birthday party here and I helped her set up. The place is a great space for a medium sized gathering. They have plenty of tables to provide seating for your guests and also plenty of tables for food setup, gift set up and music area. We did not have a DJ, just a large speaker hooked up to a phone (which was perfect!!) but they had a nice little nook where a DJ would fit perfect. They have a great bar set up for the upstairs rental space. Also there is a full kitchen. You can bring your own food and heat it up there (catering pans of food worked for us) and also plenty of fridge, counter and freezer space for desserts! I am unsure on the pricing of the rental but my friend said it was quite fair and included the bartender. The bar was CASH ONLY, but an ATM was close by.
