These events happen monthly and are free. The talk was very interesting and the whole feeling was warm and welcoming. Afterwards we spent about an hour looking at the well-designed and fascinating exhibits about the Native Americans in the area and then the development of the area up to the present. Highly recommend it as long as you are okay with a lot of reading.

This is really spooky but they should warn you how long you will be standing in line. We got there…read moreat 8:30 and didn't get done until after 11:30. The line moves really slow!!!! The cost is $15 and they sell fast passes but I wasn't sure how much extra those people paid for that luxury. Most people were like us and just stood in the 3 hour line. The line was all the way into the parking lot. At some point you get inside a heated area where the line winds around so that helped with the temperature. Anyways, try to focus on how much fun you will have being spooked silly!! I'm a hard one to scare, but they got me screaming several times!! You walk through the USS Edson for a long spooky time and be prepared to climb to all 5 levels of the ship.

December 2, 2013…read more Coming home for the holidays... We just experienced the most delightful event at the Bradley House over this past Thanksgiving weekend. The play "Grimstone's Glory" was performed by a group of talented youngsters under the direction of Amy Behrens and Jeff Simmons, Music Director. The young cast displayed exceptional talent in this Victorian era production. Using the Bradley House for the play made for a very unique "stage". We certainly enjoyed and appreciated the efforts put forth by everyone involved. Sending a big "Thank You" to ALL, for your dedication and hard work in producing this wonderful holiday entertainment!
