They're definitely putting money back into the place to get better props, add more scares, and they're adding attractions. The new Museum is just that, a walkthrough of horror movies with props, pictures, and tributes. The forest is great, the path is obvious, and way better than last year with the actors filling their roles well. Outside in the common area they have a fire barrel when it's cold out to stand by and keep warm, plenty of portapotties, cover to stand under to protect you from the weather while waiting for the attractions. Cannot wait to see what's different next year. This is the one place we will keep coming back to, they actually try to spread out groups (they can't help if people catch up to you, though). Every other haunted attraction crams people in like sardines to rake in the revenue, which ruins the scares. This place doesn't and as long as they keep that up, we'll keep coming back!

The actors do touch the guests, minor grabs and pushes. They do rub your faces with fake blood and off smelling substances, but after the end they have wash stations. A quality haunt.

We'd heard good things about Eloise, and attempted to contact them in regards to booking a private investigation. My friend and I both called on a Fri/Sat, and left 3 messages each, on voice mail. Also emailed. Didn't hear back until the following Thursday, via a voice mail. It took them almost a week to get back to us. By this time we had given up, and booked somewhere else. They need to get their act together, and reply to people in a timely manner.

And it was pretty exciting and a lot of fun. Would I go there again? Absolutely what a blast. From what I understand, they mix it up every year so you don't always see the same thing. We did get split up from our group of eight. We were together at the beginning and then at some point they were doing four at a time but most of the time I was following my friends for a while, they put me in the lead, but that was pretty scary because some areas are so dark.
