What a cute Lodge ! We are Elks from another Lodge , but felt immediately welcome ! We are in town…read morefor awhile , so I thought I would meet & greet the local Elks at their Sunday Breakfast. It was a big breakfast of bacon , biscuits & sausage gravy. Eggs & potatoes as well as fruit& juice & coffee . Looking forward to trying their Friday dinners for members . The only other time this Lodge is "open "is on Tuesday evening, for meetings and dinner.

So, you say you're in Blythe, California, eh? Oh, you're in Blythe, California and you need to host…read morea special event? Well, amongst the many unofficial options like Coors Canyon, my mom's backyard, and the rock piles - there are a few *official* options, such as The Fairgrounds and The Elks Lodge. I recently attended a high school reunion at the Elks Lodge. Now, despite being a resident of Blythe for many years, I never had the luxury of being invited to an event so fancy that it'd be at the Elks Lodge. I know you think that sentence is laced with sarcasm, but I promise you - it's not. It's a true statement. The only parties I attended were ones I threw (in the aforementioned mom's backyard) and ones at, well, Coors Canyon. Turns out I was missing out, big time. The Elks Lodge is a surprisingly decent to above decent place to throw a shindig in good ol' B-Town. I think they've raised their prices for rental quite a bit over the past couple of years, and you've gotta use their bar - but with ice cold beers at $4 a pop (for a cash bar), it ain't too shabby at all. One could do worse as far as Blythe parties go.

COME FOR THE SANGRIA, STAY FOR THE VIBES!…read more The in-house sangria was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING--made with love, packed with flavor, light, refreshing, BEAUTIFULLY presented, and topped with nothing but the BEST energy! And the food?! They have fantastic gluten-free, celiac-friendly options, which made this experience even better. It's not just a place where you can find something safe to eat--you actually get to enjoy GOOD food while doing it! But honestly... THE OWNER! One of a KIND. His personality, energy, hospitality, and genuine passion are EVERYTHING. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and creating an experience--not just getting people fed and sending them on their way. This is the kind of place where you come in thinking you're just going to eat and have a drink... and somehow leave FULL OFF THE FOOD, THE DRINKS, THE LAUGHS, AND THE VIBES. The customer service? The energy? The vibes? OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD. Lake Havasu NEEDS more businesses--and especially more people--like this. Places where you feel welcomed, appreciated, and like you're hanging out with friends instead of just being another customer. 10/10 from start to finish. We ate, we drank, we laughed, we vibed... and YES, we'll absolutely be back!

What an AMAZZING event!!…read more Annual thing: Each year around February (president's day weekend) they put up a 4 days showcase of amazing fireworks in the beautiful city of Lake Havasu. It's Not the typical fireworks you see around New Year or 4th of July. I'm so glad I got the chance to witness it for my very first time and no doubt I will be back for more for the following years. Beside the awesome fireworks, I love it how this is more like a community event than making money event. Everything is affordable. It's one of the best setup ever. Other organizations should learn a lot from it. And the volunteers? They are absolutely THE BEST! Thank you so much for putting your time into helping us having a good time. Admission: $5 per car $5/person to go inside the race track Food Vendor: I only saw one food vendor and they sell the basic stuff like burgers, hot dog, nachos and beer. It's not too expensive either. $5 for a burger, $3 for nachos etc. Not sure why they don't have more food vendors! Showcase: - Everyone said Saturday is the best night out of the four nights but I'm sure other nights are just as great. And yes, it was BEAUTIFUL! - RACE TRACK: it depends where you park, but the race track is behind the ball field and that's where you want to be at when the show begin. Buy your admission ticket right outside by the entrance door. - SEAT: Pick the highest seat so you don't have to work your neck too much. - TIME: Gate open at 3P.M to drive in but we arrived at 5P.M and it was a good time to come. The show begin at 7:30 P.M. I totally forgot that AZ time is 1hr ahead from CA time. - Earplugs are recommended if you can't handle loud noise well. Hotel: You might wanna book this 3 months in advance or as soon you know the date. We booked 1 month in advance and there was not much choices left to pick from.

The service is always spot on as well. We tried various appetizers like the shrimp cocktail, the crab stack, calamari and crab cakes. The shrimp cocktail has 4 but they are a good size shrimp. The crab stack is refreshing and delicious. Calamari was really addicting and the crab cakes were fresh and delicious. For entrees we tried the ribeye, halibut and tomahawk. The ribeye was perfect, the tomahawk was absolutely delicious and a great cut. The halibut was a fabulous surprise and I would absolutely order it over and over again. Expensive but delicious dinner! Definitely recommend for a special occasion.

What a Fantastic dinner…read more The service was impeccable. Both the Server and busser were fantastic! They did a wonderful job making our dinner perfect. The restaurant is small but very elegant and comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the golf course and lake. I started my night with a smoked Old fashioned. It was probably one of the best that I have had in town. We also had a Wedge salad which was huge and had a fantastic combination of unique ingredients. It was outstanding and everyone at the table loved it. I had the Prime rib with a side of scallops. The prime rib was excellent and was seasoned perfectly. The scallops were very good and 4 of them came with the meal. The asparagus and mashed potatoes that came with the meal were equally great. My wife had the halibut which she really enjoyed. Overall, it was a wonderful dinner with outstanding service located in a beautiful place.
