My room had a beautiful view of the Colorado River, complete with a full patio and seating--such a nice bonus. The room itself was big, spacious, and very comfortable. Coffee and tea were provided, and housekeeping cleaned the room daily, which was fantastic. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. A couple of things to note: there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms--only available in the lobby--and the pool was closed for remodeling during my stay. There is a small but cozy exercise room, and parking was plentiful. Dining options were great. BlueWater Grill is perfect for casual snacks and breakfast (opens at 7am), while River Willow has a more upscale feel and is excellent for dinner with friends or family. Overall, a great stay with excellent service, plenty of parking, and even free RV parking that can accommodate large rigs. Cheers!

My cousin spearhead this pilgrimage where my mom her dad & their siblings & parents were detained during WWII. Hampton Inn is one of the hotels in Parker AZ where many of the Japanese Americans came for the Posten pilgrimage & to pay homage to those that had been here. This event proved to be a great way for our family to reunite. My mom her 3 siblings & grandparents were all detained in Posten. We just needed a comfortable place to accommodate our overflow crew, and it did the job well. The facility was clean, the AC blew wonderfully cold (a must in Arizona), and the pillows were comfortable enough to earn a good night's sleep. The continental breakfast was surprisingly decent and gave us a solid start to the day. While this isn't a five-star resort, it provided all the amenities we needed without any fuss. The places to eat are also super close by and the Safeway and Walmart are legit 15 min away to stock up all your needs. They sell ice also $7 for a 16 lbs bag at roadrunners incase you need to stock up on ice. The place is chill and the people are also chill. You will ofcourse run into some people who have 0 River etiquette and are rude for no reason but most people are chill and respectful. But it was a scary wait not knowing if anyone would show up! 3) Next morning I couldn't get the internet to work so I decided to go to the front office. No one was there. Waited 10 minutes then left. 4) After an outing in town, my key wouldn't work. Went to the front office and again had to wait for about 30 minutes (this time with an older couple having the same key issues) for someone to show up. The front office needs to be constantly staffed. It is a huge error to have customers sitting around just waiting for someone. I've never had this issue anywhere else and I have to say, it was not pleasant having to wait for someone. Staff is VERY friendly once they get there. Would go back again, hoping that they've fixed the staffing issues.
