I regretably hired AMP to manage my business's web presence and text marketing programs. At first, it seemed like a good fit -- we agreed on specific services, timelines, and deliverables. The red flags came rolling in quite quickly. The website they created ignored basic marketing best practices, lacked proper lead generation forms, and even hurt my ability to attract new clients. They didn't have a way to collect leads...our online performance and lead generation absolutely tanked. It was poorly optimized, for which I began requesting SEO and other performance reports to justify their "management" of my account. Let's be clear, they were not managing an account. They were here for the quick buck. Beware Small Businesses!! This text/SMS marketing service does NOT pay off! First off, [[HIGHLIGHT]]their sales people will solicit your business even though you may have a "NO SOLICITATION" sign in your door. Their sales people completely ignored my signage and proceeded to come in and push their services on me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Once they persuaded me that their text/SMS marketing service would "definitely pay off" and that "all of their customers had experienced positive results", I reluctantly signed up. Be aware that there is NO TRIAL PERIOD AND YOU MUST PAY FOR A FULL YEAR BEFORE GETTING STARTED. The service cost $1,430 and after 4 1/2 months, I haven't seen ANY return on my investment. The method that businesses must use to sign people up is extremely tedious and unsustainable. First, you must ask your customer if they want to opt into your text/SMS marketing club. So, that's a whole conversation with every single person that you wish to sign up. Once you convince them to sign up, you need to instruct them to scan a QR code. Once they scan the QR code, they receive a text, which they must reply to by clicking "Send" Then they receive yet another text message, in which they must hit "Y" and "Send" to opt in. If you don't guide the customer through the process, they will walk away and not do it themselves. Like I said, it is a tedious process . I managed to sign up between 130-150 customers in the first 2 1/2 months and proceeded to send out weekly marketing texts for deals & savings that were both creative and interesting. Unfortunately, I have not had a single customer return to my business in response to receiving one of these text messages. NOT A SINGLE PERSON! This experience has been an exercise in futility and a complete waste of my hard earned money. Their text/SMS marketing service COULD possibly work if you are a service industry or a restaurant, but if you are a small boutique, like I am, you will be sorely disappointed. In my gut, I knew this service would not be the right fit for my business, and I only wish that those sales people would have respected my request to not solicit my business... PS. They did not let us know to reschedule until later in the year when our our shop was set for the holidays. We reviewed this exact scenario with our sales rep when we signed the contract, timing was very important to us. I have been requesting a refund of our payment since they did not fulfill their end of the agreement for 3 months and have had no luck. They are a great company their products are incredible it's a do it for you program that works as long as you do the few things that you were asked to do and those are very simple, from the owners to the district managers to the Reps they really care about their customers they care about the quality of their products and how good they are working however some customers complain and nine times out of 10 it is because that person didn't respond to an email or didn't answer their phone and made it impossible for the rep to do their job they can only do so much if the customer don't answer their phone or return an email responding to a question that they need the answer to in order to complete their service I have seen it firsthand it works great and they really care about it working they are an incredibly good company and I am very pleased with them read more

AMP was the biggest waste of money our company did initially. The website they made was cheap looking and received zero traffic. ZERO. Our experience with them was literally like throwing money away.
