Do not communicate from one team member to another. Do not clearly communicate with client. They canceled my contract two days before a Google 360° video shoot costing my business serious financial losses due to having to close the business to accommodate this shoot. They claim the cancellation was due to my refusing calls. Except I have proof no call was refused. In the course of two weeks one single call was missed. This call was during a time I was unable to answer and it was communicated with company. The actual reason they decided to cancel my contract was because of my frustration with their lack of organization and communication with their other team members and the muddy information being passed me. Nothing I was told was correct or could be depended on. Nothing I asked to be done was done. The only thing I hired this company for was SEO. Yet they failed to document this, instead they treated me like I was too dumb to understand how to set up listings for my business (these listings already existed), then when I tried to get what I paid for to be done. It was met with silence and finally my contract being canceled. The proof of their lies, failure to adhere to ADA hearing accommodations and causing my business financial losses has been sent to my attorney. It's not ok for anyone to do what they have done to my business. They claim they will proceed with the 360° video as scheduled but I highly doubt this will happen considering their track record to date has been abysmal. I would steer clear of this company. There's independent marking firms that are actually good. This is not one of them. And further proof they know they are not a good company is they have disabled reviews on their company FaceBook.

Though the college's relationship with Mid-American extends further back than this, in the four years that I've been regularly working with them, there have been no significant problems and many great successes. They always make sure that we're not paying more than we have to--even if it means telling us that some job we've offered them would be cheaper at Kinko's. They've gone to bat for us when we've had issues with postal permits and delivery issues. They routinely think of slightly different ways of doing thing than the ones we initially envisioned that make our lives easier, our publications better, and our bills less expensive. Our contact there, Bruce, is so integral a part of how we get our work done that he may as well be another employee of the college, half the time. At my company, we aren't big enough to have an in-house print shop--and we're small enough to highly value knowing who we're working with so that person can be a colleague, rather than a salesman, to us. If you're concerned about environmental impact, Mid-American uses soy-based inks and can use Forest Stewartship Council-approved paper--and can get your publications FSC-certified. Print FSC and Soy Ink logos on your publications, and you can make a statement to to your Green customers. Can't recommend them highly enough.

They were quick with both the proofs and the prints. They were very nice, flexible, and accommodating. I'm not a professional designer - I only do it on the side - so I sincerely appreciated that they were willing to run some quick proofs for us as I found a way to get the resolution up to where I wanted it. The issue was on my end with the file I had created, so it was nice to be able to adjust things to get what we wanted. Hoping to use them in the future. Thanks for the help!

The only thing adding up is our stress, drama and pure exhaustion from working with Armor! As painful as this is to post, I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with Armor, a company and family member I trusted with a project close to my heart one that I have dedicated nearly two decades of hard work to reaching this phase. The agreement was to hire Armor Tech / David for $21,000 to manufacture a proprietary product based on my intellectual property, with signed agreements in place. I personally increased the quote by $6,000 - for a final total of $27,000 to support the level of commitment, minimize future disputes, and ensure the project's success by David with a strong starting point. After 23 months of further delays, videos, communications promising us completion by Thanksgiving of 2023, come New Years there was no progress again! - the fear and reality started to creep in that Armor was unable or unwilling to finish this product with us and today we are still without! Despite David, I was shocked, deeply embarrassed by his unprofessional behavior, lack of integrity, and blatant disregard for my team and our damages he has caused us to incur over the past 3 years and what limitations are ahead due to his future damages caused. My faith in Armor, their ethical business practices, initially fueled by their enthusiasm for an "easy" project where "idiots" previously created comparable products, was quickly shattered and never restored. We never thought that we would never see any of our equipment, information, or any deliverables, nor to be given them when asked for them to be returned. No workability or actionable steps by David for a resolution, remediation is extremely deliberate with malicious intent, proving this company can't be trusted!!
