Called J bird Storage and Justin answered, he was very nice and said his storage place has in house dump station for his customers, we informed him we were all set up elsewhere and he still allowed us to dump at his location. Upon arriving we saw that everything looked nice and well kept, large lot and easy to access dump station. We will definitely consider for the future. This is centrally located and definitely competitive with other spots we know of. It is one thing to have a good location but being kind and accessible was such a plus, we are grateful and look forward to working with Justin again.

Well I get lots of robot calls and I wasn't notified until the day they sold all of my belongings that my unit auctioned that day. I tried to call with the payment but they said I was too late. There were things in that unit that were very sentimental to me but not worth much money except a few things. Maybe lost a few thousand dollars for a 150 dollar or whatever chicken shit payment I owed. Whomever won the sale left off with my father's will I had in an ammo box, all my martial arts uniforms and my black belt. i'm guessing they will use for a costume because they didn't earn it. Or even worse they just threw it all away. I asked to get any of my personal items out of there and I was told that I only have 30 days to claim my property but they wouldn't contact the person so i could at least get my father's will from them which is useless to them but I need. Whatever you do go somewhere else, or if you do have to use this place, do not trust them. I wish there was something I could do other than write this review because it should be illegal to sell someone else's belongings not even 3 months behind rent for a pos storage unit. I hope these evil. low down, scandalous, greedy bastards rot in hell with all their money! Other than that a fine establishment! NOT!

Carrie was the nicest most considerate and friendly manager. She went out of her way for me and my getting settled in. The thing I loved was that I always felt safe and secure their. I never had any worries about my belongings being damaged, ruined lost, or stolen. The temperature inside the units is always cool and weather proof. I will definitely recommend and use again. Price is also fair and I will never store anywhere but here so long as I live near here. This is the best storage facility I've ever seen.
