Had a unit on hold. Tried multiple times to contact them with zero success. Called corporate and they kept giving me the run around and the same number that was disconnected. The hosts are great but the brass behind the company wouldn't t even get their phones fixed when they knew there was a problem. Can't trust my personal belongings to a group that can't even keep their phones in operation. Again, hosts on site were great. read more

Do not store your belongings here! Had my Waverunners stolen from this "buisnesss". We didn't even get a call to inform us of the situation. Had to find out myself when I pulled up to bring them home. Even though the lady working knew they were missing two days before I showed up. That alone shows the kind of professionalism this place is about. They say your belongings are safe, that they lock their gates, that they have 24 hour surveillance. When asked to see the surveillance the response I got was the cameras are not working. Was told I should call my insurance and file a claim. If you care about the stuff your trying to store don't bring it here. How convenient for the cameras not to work at a place that's storing peoples belongings in several units.... Almost makes you think it was an inside job. Got a lawyer today and we will get to the bottom of this. read more

Recently purchased an RV and wanted to keep it indoors as opposed to outdoors,where it would be exposed to the Sun and all the elements associated with BHC weather. We stopped by RIghtSpace on our way to check out another facility. Well...we never went to the other place. We were impressed with the size we needed, as there is plenty of moving around space between us and the unit next to us. And the young lady was very kind and professional. She showed us a unit where the Sun just barely hits the RV. We were sold and the price was great too! read more

This facility makes new rules as the events occur. They have totally destroyed my life. I have been left to live in my car with direction or no desire to live anymore. I worked so hard all my life for what I had owned as a single mother. My personal property was all I had. I was left with no clothes no personal hygiene no nothing. Reason being is because the young men I hired to help me move my belongings to this facility were breaking into other units and destroying my property as well. When my brother was not with them they were taking the uhaul he rented ripping off others as well as me. My air compressor and saddle was recovered at a pawn shop. I have many more lots of valuable items still missing. They had taken my tubs and suitcases to storage as well so even my medication was gone. I haven't had the money to replace anything. I have lost my income now and now I have nothing. I hardly eat or drink anymore I just have no desire to function. I have all this to thank right space storage for. Because of these men destroying my life with rightspace they feel I was ultimately responsible for all that happened. They blame me even though their gates were broken and anyone could come in and out around the clock. The place was not secure. They gave me a 10 day eviction. I pleaded with management to please not do this I could not afford to move again I spent all I had to move to their facility. The managers attitude was oh well that's your problem and in front of my friends she said from the looks of this unit I doubt your will get it all out of here. She was right. I couldn't. She then gave me another day after which she locked me out of my unit because 10 days had passed. Using her management power she gave me 2 hours to move ransacked unit 12x30 unit that had a lock someone had conveniently poured glue into. It took 4 men 1 hour and 45 minutes to get the lock cut off. I then had 15 minutes to remove my property. I was hysterical. The three managers there were laughing at me while I was trying to decide what I wanted to grab in 15 minutes times. This was so humiliating And degrading. How could three adults sit in a golf cart and laugh at someone else's total demise that they were creating? They then told me and my Friend Kevin that we can come back and bid on my unit. I had no idea how the auction worked so I watched for it everyday. Then may 15 1030 am my brother went. They caught him bidding and told him no you cannot bid on your sisters unit it's a conflict of interests. I have begged these people. Offered them money to buy the unit. They have refused. They absolutely do not want me to have my unit. All my pics. Paperwork. Heirlooms. Memorabilia from my kids and grandchildren. Their scrapbooks we worked on every weekend everything is now someone else's. I don't even have a thing. Why and how can someone be so cruel. I don't want to live anymore. I will Just will merely exist till I die. I have no desire to start over and am too old now. This has taken me all my life to get to where I was at and happy in my life. And now it's gone because of some vindictive miserable manager. She can't accept the fact that her facility had broken gates that were not repaired donors easier to blame an innocent tenant. And because of not having a huge bank role I was mad to lose it all. Thank you so much rightspace for ruining my life. I have made a new will with a copy of the police reports and this article I have written for my grandchildren, So they know where the families heirlooms went and pictures. I just pray to god none of you experience this grief horror and pain that I have. Not a day goes by that I don't cry and puke my brains out over this. I wish I could find the gentleman that bought my unit and will sell it back to me. I never would have let it go not ever. That was my entire life in there. I have nothing now and I just survive in filthy clothes and with nothing. I just sit day after day in my car and stare at rightspace storage. I just want my belongings back. I want to not just exist. I've rented storage locations in a number of cities around the U.S., and the RightSpace Storage on Interstate Place has the best customer service, bar none. They are friendly and welcoming. The location is at the end of service road; it is gated with a key code with 24 hour access; and it is surrounded by fencing. I mention all of this to say it's the safest space I've used. My boyfriend and I recently moved from Orange County to Bullhead, and were looking for a convenient spot to drop off our Uhaul moving truck. We actually chose this spot out of the two nearby drop-off locations, in hopes that they were one of the Uhaul *affiliated* companies that offered a free first month's storage with the purchase of a Uhaul moving van service. Although they didn't end up being one of the *affiliated* companies, we ended up renting a storage unit at this location anyway, with much luck I may add. As usual with many online endeavors, we tried to reserve the specific size of storage unit with an affixed price online at the RightSpace Storage website and were able to do that, but when we actually showed up, the size that we had reserved online had already been previously reserved and there were none left. Also, we also had rented a car dolly from Uhaul and brought it along with the moving truck to be dropped off at this location, which we unable to do, yet there's a place right down the street that any Uhaul car dolly can be dropped off at. These aren't "cons", just things to keep in mind about using this location, to keep in mind. As a good practice in life, it's better to call the office first to make sure and speak to a human, than just assume... we all know what happens when we make assumptions, lol. On the "pro" side of things, the fine lady Cody behind the counter was super friendly in helping direct us to the nearby facility that would accept our car dolly, and didn't charge us the extra-day-of-use fee for being a few minutes late to drop off the actual moving truck by the time we got back to their office. Secondly, even though they had none of the size storage units available that we had supposedly reserved online, she rented an available unit that was more than double the size at 50% off to help us out. I'm thinking that they don't normally do this, but she did it to help us out and help us save some money which we greatly appreciate! Lastly, I was super surprised at how cheap it was to get started. Most storage places I've been to in my life charge an upwards of at least $75 in a set-up fee, $25 for their required uniform locks, other random insurance fees PLUS first month's storage cost... Cody gave us a great discount on our first month's rent for our mix up online, only charge $20 set-up fee, and the non-required insurance fee was only $9. Anytime I've called the office with a question, miss Krissy has been super friendly and helpful, treated me like family. Besides that, their units are clean, spacious and cheaply priced, as well as being open 7am-7pm everyday for your convenience. I love this place: The people are friendly and professional, yet it's super chill here, and you know your belongings are safe and in good hands. In the Bullhead City area, I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and if I ever need a storage unit in the future after this, I will be a customer for life! read more
