My problem is they didn't make the repair correctly. Tempers flared up on the phone and they are not very professional.! They ripped off a 65yr old man for $3,400. Integrity Vapor Barrier Services is a company with integrity, well named, and it was all due to a misunderstanding around the scheduling which led me down a horrible road. I experienced an extremely taumatic scam recently and when Integrity did not show up as I thought they were scheduled to, I panicked and began to relive that scam. I have spoken at length with Patrick who has been extremely forgiving and understanding.
