Why would I accuse your company of this when I used you for many years. I think what happened was the machine was throwing too many pellets. I would never have cancelled your services if your company would have called me to come up with a solution. You guys took care of my yard for several years prior to this. As far as why did I wait so long to post pictures now, I deleted these pictures and they just happened to show up in my facebook post that were previously posted by me. So that's why I posted later. I actually sent several emails and pictures to your company with no response. I'm not a person to complain or am I vindictive. This definitely was caused by enormous amounts of pellets thrown in my yard. You could see large piles. I have no reason to post something that's not true. My yard was beautiful and this just doesn't happen for no reason! After months to repair this and having a new company, my yard is beautiful and well taken care of. You can say all you want that I never called your company is a lie. You can never get a person to speak to. I know 100% your company caused this. I use another company now and my yard is beautiful. The amount of pellets that were dumped killed my grass in all those areas! You can deny it all you want. I know why this happened. This was my whole yard on the south side of my house. Would use your company again! You don't know what happened for your company never responded to my calls or emails. Why wouldn't I have contacted your company? I did and I know that I did!
