When someone says the price quote is LOCKED here, it may not be. I spoke subsequently with the manager, Dave, who said he was "sorry about that". No help there. I made the decision to sell here because it is local, and I paid for that. I should have walked away but am traveling and did not want to leave that lying around as I did not have time to put it back where I got it. My initial reason for popping in was a boring one. I couldn't get the pellet gun to hold air. I got the appropriate type of pump but after many hundred pumps, it was time to find help. A quick search landed on Delray Shooting Center. I called ahead to make sure they did that sort of thing. The nice guy on the phone was one of the many people there when I arrived. he was cheerful, explained what I may be doign wrong with the pump and said he would get it filled up. Minutes later he was back with a fully aired up rifle. Only charged me half too since the cylinder was fairly small. I've been back a couple times for the same thing(way easier than pumping it up myself) and they have been plenty helpful and quick to work everytime.

What I've used them for was to facilitate the required documentation and background check for weapon transfers that I had purchased online. Yes contrary to what Michael Bloomberg and many people lead you to believe, you actually are required to go through the required background checks for weapons purchased online. They charge a fee of $35.00 to handle the paperwork. The process has always been quick and easy in my case. The one thing that I like about doing that here is that they don't make you feel guilty for not purchasing a weapon from them. I've been made to feel guilty from other dealers when I've made purchases online. I've found the prices to be lower here compared to nearby dealers. They also have a good selection of weapons and accessories. I always purchase my holsters and ammo here when completing the weapons transfer. The only issue that I've had is that when I ask for a single box of ammo I usually get, "So you'd like three boxes right?" No I would just like one. "Are you sure?" Yes I'm positive. I'm a sales guy myself so I know that nothing feels better than closing a deal and upselling as well. I get it. I've been happy with the treatment and help that I've received during each visit here.
