We would highly recommend Scotts pest control to anyone looking to have their crawlspace encapsulated. we did our due diligence by getting estimates from 4 reputable companies. Scout's offered the best overall service and products, they removed the old 6 mil plastic vapor barrier and small debris and hauled it all away, raked and smoothed out the ground to provide the optimal surface for the vapor barrier, wrapped all of the piers with vapor barrier, installed "Bora-Foam" insulation board (termite repellenting) to the exterior foundation walls, proactively installed radon mitigation piping stubbed out and capped just above the vapor barrier and installed an "April Aire" dehumidifier (on its own dedicated electrical circuit) and it's so quiet we cannot hear it running from inside the house. They also did a proactive termite treatment around the entire foundation of the house. Kenny had a team 4 people working in the crawlspace a few days, other days 3 but not less than 2 all other days for almost 2 weeks. We are very happy with the work that they did.

He is thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. In addition, he takes the time to explain the service that he provides as well as providing a pleasant and affable nature. I was out of state for about six months and discontinued Service with Arrow. Upon returning, I looked at other companies, simply for the sake of saving money or finding a better product. None of that mattered. What mattered the most was that Craig always takes care of us, and he just performed that service For us again. Thank you, Craig and Arrow!

Arrow said we had an active infestation. We paid for two separate inspections from another company. They cleared us just fine both times. When we questioned Arrow about their findings, they sent a picture of a crawl space that wasn't even from our house. With "free" inspections, Arrow can't afford to be honest. Totally deceitful practices!

This was my second time using them and had the same problems both times. Didn't solve my pest problem.

The exterminator postponed and actually missed some of the appointments causing the project to last much longer than the 4-5 day period we planned on. The excuse for the multiple delays was unexpected pre-treatments. Advise to either not pay up front or go with another company.
