Hired him a few times. 1)fix minor items (a kitchen drawer, door sticking and light fixture that I…read morecouldn't open) and all was fine. 2) replace bathroom faucet fixtures 3) replace bathroom faucet, kitchen and garbage disposal 2nd job took a lot longer than normal, but I thought it was a complication that he encountered. 3rd job was an absolute disaster. I would not recommend for anything related to the last two jobs: - He asked for payment before the job was complete (both faucets were not working when he demanded payment) - Quoted a price higher than his quoted hourly rate midway through the job (basically changed his rates midway thru the job) then preceded to man-splain why I should ask for rates prior to the start when I was aware of his hourly and the amount of time it takes to replace faucets. -Threatened to leave before he finished the work and I later realized that he made a mistake and it was going to take a lot longer than normal. - Ruined a working bathroom fixture and I had to call a plumber (which was less expensive) to fix and complete the job. - Didn't replace disposal trim and left corroded to save himself time. Although I paid for 3 hours of work for a kitchen faucet and disposal replacement. - The worst part is that he made inappropriate advances at me, made comments regarding my body and I felt extremely uncomfortable. The entire experience was unprofessional and as a business owner and property manager, I'm writing this review so others are aware. Hire at your own risk. 1 star because the first experience was fine and 1 star is the lowest choice available. Overall, terrible value, poor quality and disheartening experience as an independent, female property owner and longtime property manager.
