I would not recommend for anything related to the last two jobs: - He asked for payment before the job was complete (both faucets were not working when he demanded payment) - Quoted a price higher than his quoted hourly rate midway through the job (basically changed his rates midway thru the job) then preceded to man-splain why I should ask for rates prior to the start when I was aware of his hourly and the amount of time it takes to replace faucets. -Threatened to leave before he finished the work and I later realized that he made a mistake and it was going to take a lot longer than normal. - Ruined a working bathroom fixture and I had to call a plumber (which was less expensive) to fix and complete the job. - Didn't replace disposal trim and left corroded to save himself time. Although I paid for 3 hours of work for a kitchen faucet and disposal replacement. - The worst part is that he made inappropriate advances at me, made comments regarding my body and I felt extremely uncomfortable. The entire experience was unprofessional and as a business owner and property manager, I'm writing this review so others are aware. Hire at your own risk. 1 star because the first experience was fine and 1 star is the lowest choice available. Overall, terrible value, poor quality and disheartening experience as an independent, female property owner and longtime property manager.

I asked them to add a water line to a new refrigerator last year. First, the 2 guys ran the water…read morehoses inside the bottom of my cabinets, so that the using the cabinets would bang into the hoses and cause problems (not to mention that it would stop things sitting flat in the cabinet). They did admit it was a disastrous attempt and agreed to try again (after I spoke to the boss, who did not apologize but agreed to no extra charge). Then they tried again, running the hoses through the crawl space. They added miles of hose from the kitchen sink instead of just tapping into a water pipe nearby - unnecessary - and ended up drilling a hole in the floor to bring the pipe up next to the refrigerator instead of behind it, so it is visible. However at that point I had had enough so just let it go. BUT I recently went under the crawl space and saw that they installed the hose right next to (almost touching) exposed electric wires (old style nob and tube) - creating a dangerous situation which I will now have to replace. I tried to get in touch to discuss the issue but they have ignored my class. Not impressed.
