I worked with one of the owners, Daniel. When he came out to do the estimate, he was early and very professional. I have had several estimates prior, and not 1 went on the roof, which made me a little skeptical. Daniel got his ladder out and was on my roof taking pictures, videos, documenting everything. I received my quote quickly, and WOW!.. the detail of what needed to be done and why, the different options I was able to choose from. Everything was explained in detail. I was very impressed! That was the main reason I chose Rood Leopard, the quote. They were in constant contact with the the entire experience, from beginning to end. When they came out to do the job, they were all early, ready to go at 7am! They made sure all of my lawn ornaments were moved and protected, they tarped my entire house! That was amazing! That showed they were very respectful of my property, as well as my neighbors. They made sure they got everything off of my yard and driveway to make sure nothing was left behind. I was also told one of the owners would stop by the week after to go over the yard again to make sure all debris was picked up. My project manager was phenomenal! He was on site the entire day, for any of my questions, and made sure things were running smooth. The workers were fabulous! They were very respectful of my property and such hard workers! I signed a contract with specific requests like new fascia board, ridge vent, type of roof…read morematerials etc. After they started the job they gave me excuses for not complying with thet contract. "Forgot" to install ridge vent. Didn't remove all old materials--left a long shredded tarp blowing in front of the building. It looked terrible. Too many promises not kept. Of the 8 man crew, only one American (foreman) could speak English.When he was gone, I could not communicate with the crew who were from Equador (?) I think. Nice crew but no communication. I asked them to modify the soffit and the owner explained how they would do it but then reneged and said he wouldn't do it. Piles of nails dropped around my driveway. The new drip edge looks wavy instead of a straight line. They didn't return emails and phone messages. "We're too busy" is not a good answer. When I complained to the owner face to face he claimed that I owed HIM a $thousand more than the contract called for. He gave me a "take it or leave it". My referal is "stay away". Far away.

They were so clean and professional with my neighbors gutters that I asked them to do the work on my house. Like most contractors they were busy, so I did have to call several times- but he never forgot who I was, he was just apologetic since he was so insanely busy. That's the only bad thing I can say about them- they are so good, they are very booked! They do good work and clean up after themselves- which is super important. They were also very affordable.
