They sent me intake forms ahead of time so check in was a breeze and there was lots of parking out front. A nurse practitioner placed my IV and started my treatment. The room was comfortable with music playing to help you relax while the IV completes. They were very attentive and checked on me multiple times while it was running. His appointment was on a Friday. He was told he could not be seen because he had been to an event of over 100 people. He was NEVER told that he could not go to this event before his appointment. We drove a half an hour with gas prices being what they are and he was turned away. Additionally, he was barked at my the staff for wearing a cloth mask and not a surgical one. The woman snapped that he had been told this ahead of time. No problem. He now has an appointment with a new doctor. We will not be back!

Basically the only way to *choose* a doctor is based off their credentials and background. I wish there were a consistent review platform for healthcare providers. I found Dr. Leigh Ball's page and realized she was also a sleep specialist, which worked well for me since I was having some issues with insomnia. I am so happy with Dr. Ball. She takes time to listen, asks great questions and is understanding. She involves my partner when he comes to appointments with me but always sleeps the focus on me. She was also willing to do virtual apts. She is responsive via MyChart. Great experience with her. The office itself is in the CAM. Pretty basic, staff is nice, straight to the point. I've never had to wait more than like 30 mins tops to be seen. They can also do some blood work right there which is nice. Oh, and the views of the city from the CAM are a nice little perk.
