I would advice for this establishment to encourager their front desk service to work on a better attitude or people definitely stop coming here. He listened to our concerns for each kiddo and met us with easy steps to follow for them. But I didn't just see Dr. Glade. My daughter's follow up visits were with his PA and while I think she made my daughter feel at ease in the office, she dismissed my mom gut early on and claimed my daughters tantrums and sleep disturbances were purely developmental. I listened to her because she was confident in her diagnosis, but after a long and sleepless summer, I went to Dr. Glade for a second opinion and he agreed with what my mom gut was saying and ordered a sleep study to make sure my daughter's tonsils were the culprit to her sleep and behavior issues. Turns out my gut was spot on. My daughter wasn't struggling with toddler developmental milestones, but sleep apnea, and it was effecting everything. Something that could have been looked into and dealt with months ago when I had first voiced my concerns to the PA. Dr. Glade validated my concerns and did not hesitate to look into them. After reviewing her sleep study he confirmed my suspicions and we are scheduled to have her tonsils removed next month. Parents, if you are wanting a doctor who listens to you and genuinely cares for your kids, look no further than Dr. Glade.

They are giving end-of-life patients Tylenol for their pain instead of morphine. It happened to our family member, a U. S. Air Force veteran, and it was nothing short of traumatizing to have to see him suffering like this. We were lucky enough to have been able to get him out of there as soon as we noticed the horrible neglect. He died peacefully and pain free at home with the help of home health care and a hospice nurse. Now Sienna Extended Care is dragging their feet to refund us the money for almost three months of pre-paid care fees ($18,000) which they insisted on having paid to them before they would even see the patient. We are grieving over the fact that we wish we had known earlier and didn't rely on "professionals" who told us that this was a reputable facility. Please do your research before entrusting your vulnerable loved ones to just anyone.

Run for the hills…read more This is one of the worst physician offices I have ever used. They submitted my one and only visit to their billing office WITHOUT filing with my insurance. They never apologized. They haven't lifted a single finger to get this situation resolved. Their billing office is trying to bill me $678 and I have FULL coverage insurance that haven't heard a word about this video visit. They have all of my information including g my insurance. When I decide I won't see this Dr again, they are now refusing to provide me with my prescriptions and orders the Dr provided to me the day of my visit. I have filed a formal complaint the Medical Board. Now this office is refusing to respond or return any of mine or my I sit ace calls and emails. RUN. I'm telling you, it's not worth it
