The crawlspace was very tight and I know from experience, most inspectors would have said no. Not Bob, he suited up and got to business. The roof was inspected by a high quality drone and ladder. He did not stand at ground level with a set of binoculars. Bob went above and beyond to do a detailed inspection and also seemed to have a genuine interest in doing the job right.
