It was an absolute pleasure working with WM Floors for our flooring makeover. The estimate process…read morewas quick and easy and Welliton was so knowledgeable answering all of the questions we had (and we had A LOT) regarding the install. The place we purchased our flooring from presented a few obstacles and Welliton really went above & beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. He even took the time to meet us at the location to place our order - if that's not A++ customer service, I don't know what is! On the day of installation, his crew arrived promptly on time and got started on the demo of our 20 year old carpet while he picked up our flooring order. His crew was professional, efficient and true masters of their craft. Home improvement projects can get messy and dusty quickly, but they really did a stellar job of keeping our house clean during the entire process. Our floors turned out absolutely beautiful and we are so happy that we ended up with Welliton and his crew for this project. I truly can't recommend them enough, they really are top notch!

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**…read more WM Floors and I signed a contract to finish the floor and stairs project on Feb 28. Wm Floors broke that contract and it is far from being complete. I wanted to replace the master bedroom carpet and place rubber tiles in the garage. He agreed to help me with that as well, so we agreed that He will make the floor and staircase corrections as well as do the room carpet plus the garage on the week of March 21. I was "scheduled" for that week. Week of March 21 was the latest I was willing to accept the finalization of the project. Since then he has canceled on me 5 times. I no longer want WM Floors to do anything in my house. They are better with floors, but they have no idea about staircases. The staircase is a complete disaster. I was very understanding with them so, I gave them until the week for March 21. I needed to have it done by then because that week I had family coming to stay over from out of town. They came, it was super uncomfortable with all this mess. MOST importantly, the staircase is a dangerous/hazardous the steps are steep, tilted, uneven. Stairs are at didn't heights. Most of the stairs are like this. Someone can trip, slip and fall down the stairs. There is a dangerous wood piece on the top floor on the edge going down the stairs. My mom tripped over it and almost fell down the stairs. She is 62 years old. My aunt with physical disabilities has to use the stairs to get to her room. The top stair below this piece is tilted down (steep) This adds more complexity to this section because anyone can slip on this steep step. With everything being uneven, wrong measurements, and wrong cuts, the posts are uneven and not secure. Many posts wobble back and forward. it will eventually break as we use the stairs and hold on the hand bars. I need the staircase to be fixed completely to prevent any severe injuries or worse. In conclusion, there are too many issues with the project. Everyone who has come to see the project have said they would need to start from scratch. It is very disappointing and frustrating for me because I needed this done by the end of Feb and we are approaching may 2022. Below are videos and documents detailing the issues. She worked with me an hour and half and I an thrilled with the selections for the shower walls, floor, accent and the bathroom floor. Their showroom is well laid out with lots of choices. Sharissa really spent time working with me trying different looks. She also had good ideas. The accent I chose is very different to most I had seen in the Auburn area. It is important to make an appointment, by doing so, you will have the amount of time you need to work with Sharissa and experiment with a variety of looks. I know from this experience when I need tile I will go to Jernigan. Highly recommend this company and Sharissa.

I would not recommend this business. Jernigan Tile was contracted for tile installation on a major…read moreremodeling project on my new home. Within 3 months of the installation, a section of grout on the shower floor of the master bath turned black. Jernigan was notified and were provided multiple opportunities to correct the problem; they gave several "explanations" for the black grout and tried several methods to resolve the issue (none of which were effective). In the end, Jernigan refused to perform the work to repair the problem and "make it right". As a result, a custom tile installer was hired to remove the shower floor and reinstall the tile. When he removed the tile, he found multiple examples of poor workmanship by Jernigan. This included (but was not limited to) a lack of adhesive on the back of the wall tiles, which allowed water to seep behind the tile, causing severe water damage. Most concerning, improper installation by Jernigan prevented water from the shower to drain correctly, resulting in black mold. My experience with Jernigan Tile was beyond disappointing. Their poor workmanship and improper installation (resulting in water damage and black mold) was completely unacceptable. Their lack of determination to find the root cause of the problem to be completely unprofessional; Jernigan Tile demonstrated a complete lack of initiative in resolving this problem. Based on these reasons, it goes without saying that I would not recommend this business.
