She lacks courtesy, a modicum of professionalism or even just human compassion. There is not a choice to give negative stats or I would do so. First of all, you do NOT get only one gallon of water a day to flush toilets. There are occasional water shut offs, I presume because the system is old and needs regular maintenance, but these shut offs are temporary and happen only once every one or two months at the very most. You are also notified about these shut-offs well in advance. The landscaping here is gorgeous, my neighbors are friendly and very quiet, and the whole place is incredibly clean. There's also a very pretty little lake onsite that is no more than a quarter mile +- from any of the lots, and you can enjoy plenty of fish, turtles, ducks, geese, and turkeys. The rent is a little high, but it reflects the high quality of the grounds and the amenities. If you're a senior and are considering a mobile home park, I think this is probably the best this area has to offer. Come by and see for yourself!

Fortunately, the park manager, Eleanor, was able to explain the reasons for the procedures and regulations that concerned me, and although I did not complete a purchase there in September when I first considered it, I subsequently, and after investigating many of the other senior mobile home parks in the area have decided that it is the best one and is clearly a good investment. I'm looking forward to living there and enjoying the amenities that are offered. I can recommend Rock Creek without reservation to anyone who wants the convenience of living in a well managed mobile home park where management is responsive and helpful.

A special thank you to the park manager Tom Bazuto, he made my move in smooth and pleasant. Besides a great location this Mobile Home Community is Safe and very clean (not junky) over 55, and accepts long term RV'ers. The residents are friendly and give this park a real sense of community, I couldnt ask for a better location or community to be a part of!
