We finally decided to go ahead and install new field lines. He came out in MARCH and put them in for us and it started to get late and the work wasn't finished. We paid him. (Like I said we trusted this man.) First mistake. I will NEVER do that again. He said he would come back the next day and bring his tractor to fix it. Yallllll, this man has not shown back up. I have called and texted. I have been nice. I have asked over and over. I have been firm. I have the receipts of where I texted him over 10 times over the last few months (and probably more now) with him saying he would show up only to have an excuse. Last night, his "girlfriend" got his phone and said he was sick and that he would get to us today. He even texted and said he was coming this evening. (After I asked him an estimated time of arrival.) Guess what? No show again. I have literally heard it all at this point. I HIGHLY recommend that you do not use this company and to spread the word. I would hate for this to happen to someone else. We are honest, hardworking people and it's a shame we have to even beg for someone to come do the job they have been paid to do!! Please don't take our hard earned money and think I'm going to not let the world know!!!! This is absolutely disgusting and dishonest behavior!! The yard looks so bad I could cry. We have an event at our home this weekend and it's embarrassing. He literally left our septic tanks completely open. We have a quote of $950 to fix what was dug up and left. There are two Britain septic services in Jackson and if you choose the wrong one you're going to…read moreregret it because the original will give you a price for example $400 to pump out your septic tank and they will use deceptive tactics to get that price elevated to unsuspecting customers for approximately every 5 gallons of water added to clean the septic tank they will charge an additional $25 now if you put that into perspective a hot water tank is average capacity of 40 gallons a bathtub 60 gallons so if there's a water hose introduced to the septic tank service they're going to charge at least $25 per 5 gallons my experience I had the septic tank completely accessible they had to do no digging they backed right up to it they didn't have to unwrap any of the hoses except for the main one they were in and out and about an hour they complained about how it stunk LOL and they also complained about having to add water to it but what they didn't know is I have a water meter on my water hose which show they used approximately 25 gallons of water to clean the inside out of the tank not only did they have full access to everything without having to dig anything without having to remove any lids they charged me an additional $125 and did not get all of the sludge out of the bottom do not use the original Britain's septic service or you will be paying more than what you're quoted and also they can't handle the smell very well I would hate for one of the guys to fall face first down into the tank because he can't handle the smell of poop

It hasn't been pumped in at least 30 years and was sludged up to the top with clogged drain fields and two baffles rotted off. They dug it up and pumped it out the best they could. I agreed and paid as well as a large cash tip for him and his helper. Promised to return that Monday to complete the job. No call no show. Finally showed up that next Friday and never apologized or got out of truck. Sent helper to express apologies and finish job. Job not completed. Helper expressed the riser was cracked and would come early that Saturday morning with riser. I expressed I wanted the new lid that comes with it and the old lid returned and left. Was not done.

We called them at least 3-4 times to come out and they never would. Our dirt has been settled since around July or August and they have left us with a very bumpy yard. very disappointed in them on their word to come finish.
