The staff weighed the baskets, gave me a quick ticket, and said they'd call if they had any questions. The next morning, I got a text letting me know everything was ready. When I arrived, the parking lot was full and I had a crying newborn in the backseat so I called, and they immediately brought everything out and loaded it right into my trunk. Every item was perfectly clean and folded, and that level of service truly lifted such a weight off my shoulders. The attendant did not offer to put them in a different washer until I had loaded 50 lb of soapy clothes in my car and had warned another customer about the washer I'd used. He put his clothes and money in a different machine. The owner then said I owed him money because the customer used a different (larger) washer.
