Pucher's Decorating Centers did not back up my purchase! I purchased carpeting for an upstairs…read morehallway and bedrooms. After a year, the carpeting began to develop gaps/puckering in the carpet. A repair person came to stretch the carpet but said it was not installed properly and the stretching problem would probably reoccur. So, yes another year has passed and the carpet has the same gaps/puckering. I've called Pucher's to ask for assistance with this problem as it is now a danger for someone to trip or fall. But, after many phone calls, Pucker's claims No responsibility. I found their response negative and rude. I won't purchase anything again from Pucher's.
