I moved to a minority city after buying my affordable home and pay taxes like everyone else, yet even though I am doing a self-install, Thayer refuses to do fair business. He's classist and thinks he's too good and the product is too good for my investment. When I sent an email for assistance with locating alternatives, he never responded. The man is flaky and doesn't even know me and doesn't know my city as well as he thinks he does to presume that the house and its people aren't worth anything. Furthermore, if he did, he'd know that I've already spent $22,000 on this renovation project and that I'm not too low-end for the engineered wood flooring of my choice. I'd never been so disgusted in my life by a business. My money is as green as anyone else's in this country and I shouldn't be treated as if I'm less than.
