We were significantly overcharged for our move,…read moreand even after the company acknowledged the discrepancy and agreed to compensate us for the actual difference in time charged, we still have not received a resolution. It has been over two weeks with barely any communication from anyone at the company. The movers themselves were unprofessional, and the customer service afterward has been even worse. We were pressured to pay before our belongings would be released, then promised the issue would be corrected later -- which clearly has not happened. Extremely disappointed with how this entire situation has been handled. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or honest moving experience.

I was greeted on the phone by a gentleman named Gilbert who was, kind, helpful and professional. I explained my situation and urgency for help. He was more than willing to immediately assist me! Exceptional customer service. We agreed on a price and a time as I had a furniture delivery on the way. He politely asked me for my contact information so he could arrange this pick up for me. In the midst of getting everything together, I am almost hit by a car in my neighborhood while I'm walking. Now I'm extremely emotional, confused and have so much to deal with. Here comes Gilbert to the rescue. He had the most sweetest demeanor, was very calming and he literally carried a 6 foot heavy couch, down three flights of stairs by himself..
