When they do show up they do a quick cursory ride on the mower over the lawn, take quick swipes at hedges with trimmers while walking by what they should be trimming, and have about 80% of the crew walking around with leaf blowers blowing leaves from one place to another instead of picking them up. So, yeah - put me down for a "no".
