But, at the time it was fun. Dr. Rudder took the time to explain the options, and the pros cons of each. Received a Cortizone shot while I was there. The doctor and his assistant took every opportunity to make it as comfortable as possible. The office is kept clean, the front desk takes care of the insurance claims. There's plenty of free parking and a carriage trade entrance.

The deferred care was due to my travel schedule and that was on me. What is on them, however was a rigorous schedule of PT which I was devoted to that made my symptoms feel worse. The doctor there whose name escapes me, sent me to PT. After many many weeks, I went back to the physician, whose office is located right in the same building tells me he has no plan to fix the problem, but merely to deal with the symptoms. Back to the PT itself: the first visit was very thorough and attentive. Subsequent visits were basically feeling like one is on his or her own - you sign in and people are available if you have questions but in most cases, nobody's really checking to see if you're doing things properly or risking further injury. I went for many many weeks, always on time. Always early to check in on a very long line. My early appointments meant that I was one of just a handful of patients yet the one time I was online for an additional time causing me to get to the window. About five minutes late, they refused my appointment. That was kind of the last straw for me. They lost me as a patient and I would not recommend them unless they have made major changes to patient oversight/assistance during and throughout the physical therapy sessions, and get back to health and not wealth.

NOT ER. This is a medical appointment with Dr Choi So far,…read moreso good. Arrival experience: Valet parking was smooth with friendly valet. Walked directly in to the lobby reception and was greeted by two friendly desk associates. The check in required photo identification for both of us. Clear instructions to the Dr Office on the first floor. DR CHOI's office: Checked in by Kelly~ friendly and efficient. Nearly immediately checked with procedures and sent us to X~ray registration on level one lobby. ( this seemed like the only redundant process) there was no line, so we were able to check in quickly with the friendly desk representative who knew we were on our way- Good communication between Kelly at Dr Choi's office and Radiology reception. Within minutes we were on the way to 2nd floor radiology. RADIOLOGY: smooth arrival experience ( I recommend that you snap a photo of your script for your records before handing it over. They were accommodating for this when we asked, this may save time from having to ask for records later. WAITING: one other patient was in the waiting room when we arrived. The waiting room is organized, well lit, and clean. There is a TV The wait was reasonable and brief about 7 minutes. Erica and student Tammy greeted us and requested the script ~ we directed them to the desk agent. Within a minute, they left for X-ray. More pleasant staff. All is going smoothly for Radiology. I will review Dr Choi separately.

From the moment I arrived, I was quickly swept up in the smooth and caring processing and care of hospital staff: after a thorough preliminary exam, I was soon transferred to the hospital itself for 24 hours of careful and thoughtful treatment. I was deeply moved by the kind attention of every member of their staff and the warm dynamic they employed. Discharged yesterday, I am now slowly returning to normal thanks to the unquestioned care of this fine institution and dedicated staff. We are lucky to have this kind of quality option in the mid Hudson Valley.

When I went for food allergy testing with Dr Resnick, I was told to bring with me all the fruits,…read morevegetables, and other foodstuffs that I suspect I might be allergic to. What?? Isn't an allergy doctor supposed to have the serums for those substances on hand to use for those tests? Since when does the patient have to supply all these items themselves? I found this to be very unprofessional, but I went along with it. In addition to that - and subsequently not even properly diagnosing my allergy - this guy had the gall to charge me a ridiculously high amount for a plastic spacer that the drug salespeople leave with doctors as samples to give to their patients free of charge. He even said, while handing it to me "Here's something for you." only to go and bill my insurance for it! Not only did I already have one and never claimed to need a new one - but I could have gotten it at my pharmacy for no cost if I did need one. That was in addition to a number of other questionable fees and charges that were tacked on to my bill. Shoddy practice, sneaky charges, and no relief from my allergy to boot. I moved right along.

When no one could diagnose her... I turned to this doctor and he solved the mystery! He was terminated to find out what was wrong with my child. You can clearly see how caring and passionate he truly is. He is a doctor who wants to help you. Not get you in and out like most do. He even had medical questions for my husband and had me call him so he can talk to him. What doctor does that?? Right there and then he figured everything out. He even called to check up on her! What doctor actually cares enough to call and not have a nurse do it! I'm truly great full for this doctor. If it was not for him...I would have never known what was going on with my child. I wish more doctors were like him!! I will never forget this doctor. I would highly recommend him!!

WORST medical practice I've ever been to. I was a patient there for several years, dealing with…read morethe worst illness of my entire life. I needed a compassionate, available, forward thinking responsible practice. What I got was the complete opposite, time after time. I was understanding, polite, patient, and gave them several chances to correct their incompetence and careless mistakes. Their nursing staff and front desk reception are irresponsible, curt, lazy, surly, and extremely rude. They all seem to have huge egos and chips on their shoulders, with no provocation whatsoever. If you're someone who's patient, courteous, or polite, they'll see it as a weakness and they'll completely walk all over you... And when that doesn't upset you, they'll resort to bullying you and verbally abusing you. They're there to get paid while doing little to compensate for it. They could honestly care less about you. They clearly hate their jobs (and themselves) judging by the way that they treat loyal, patient, long-term patients. Their nurses are verbally totally abusive, rude, and incompetent. They'd committed malpractice on me last year, by putting me on a conflicting drug that caused an extremely damaging reaction. They ignored my patient portal messages prior to prescribing the drug, asking them if there were any contraindications with my other medications, resulting in the fact that since then, I haven't been able to fully walk since. When I (finally) confronted them after years of their inefficient conduct , they (of course) denied any accountability. I'm currently speaking to a malpractice attorney to inquire about suing them. Their practice manager, Gina Brown is incredibly lazy, insipid, rude, and she's completely irresponsible and incompetent. She takes ZERO accountability for her practice's (numerous) blunders and mistakes. She'll throw other doctors at the practice under the bus to save her own skin. Like the others, she could care less about the patients in their practice. She should be quietly pushing a broom at McDonalds, not interfacing with the public or working for a medical practice who calls themselves "the best medical practice in the Hudson Valley." That's a lie... They're anything but. NUMEROUS other patient reviews will also tell you what they're really about. You can also tell how blatantly egotistical they are by the way that they respond to former patients who've (also) had several negative experiences of them. Read how they respond to their rudeness and outright neglect. They'll bully and insult you by lying about repeated incidents and they'll invariably attempt to humiliate you! Read their responses to other (former) patient reviews. Their former patient reviews are absolutely scathing - and for good reason. They'll get their karma. Clearly, they already are, judging by what others believe. Their review responses are irresponsible, neglectful, condescending, inaccurate (they'll resort to outright denying and lying about your experience with them). That's how horrible these people are. These people take no accountability for their reckless mistakes, they have zero compassion, zero professionalism, and a horrible bedside manner. Avoid!!!
