Nearly immediately checked with procedures and sent us to X~ray registration on level one lobby. Within minutes we were on the way to 2nd floor radiology. RADIOLOGY: smooth arrival experience ( I recommend that you snap a photo of your script for your records before handing it over. They were accommodating for this when we asked, this may save time from having to ask for records later. WAITING: one other patient was in the waiting room when we arrived. The waiting room is organized, well lit, and clean. There is a TV The wait was reasonable and brief about 7 minutes. And when that doesn't upset you, they'll resort to bullying you and verbally abusing you. They're there to get paid while doing little to compensate for it. They could honestly care less about you. They'd committed malpractice on me last year, by putting me on a conflicting drug that caused an extremely damaging reaction. They ignored my patient portal messages prior to prescribing the drug, asking them if there were any contraindications with my other medications, resulting in the fact that since then, I haven't been able to fully walk since.
