We were told to contact the school and reschedule. Contacting this place in these people is impossible. No one ever answers the phone.It goes directly to voicemail.They tell you to leave a message.You leave a message, they don't call you back.You send text that doesn't work. Not only has communication virtually impossible.The or times I did speak with someone whom I believe will see the owner.He was rude and unprofessional. He acted as if it was our fault. Mind you , it is now may and we are still having conversations about trying to get these two hours of maneuverability , practice rescheduled. When I told him fine, just give me my money back.He told me to read the website.No refunds. At that point I said, we'll find just getting rescheduled.A female actually sent us a text message that said he was rescheduled for a different date, we call to confirm this and was told he wasn't scheduled for that date.That was just a suggestion that they gave that date to other people as well , and it was no longer available. Finally, I got the owner in June.We waited 2 months for an appointment scheduled for June 30th.\nWe were told we should have checked the portal weld.The portal wasn't working, they had glitches.Every time we tried to get in there didn't work.So finally, he was reset and give a new account in the portal.He was scheduled for July 30th.We waited 2 months for this appointment.And guess what happened on July 30th?No one showed up again. In addition, because of the long time involved in this, his temp's actually expired, and he had hot to take the test again, because we've been dealing with this since February.Because the first appointment that was not met was il in early March. So tomorrow is august first and we still have not received what I paid for. And of course, the text message I sent has not been answered or responded to I have called 8 times since yesterday.And not one time have I gotten an answer. I saved the entire text stream from this transaction. I have over a 100 text and still nothing has happened. This is probably the worst disregard for customers or providing a service that I have ever seen.. Everything we had was well-executed and flavorful. We followed with dessert, splitting a creme brulee and bananas foster across the table. To accompany the meal, each of us got a glass of wine or cocktail. I especially loved the affirmations Tammy used in her instruction and heard a few songs I am trying to download onto my ipod. The assistant instructors walked the room, made adjustments, and suggested modifications for each student. I was hooked. Once I completed my 101 class, I was buying monthly unlimited passes and hitting the studio five to six times a week. Every instructor was AMAZING. I was practicing a diverse range of classes, including: Sculpting Yoga, Bikram, and Vinyasa Flow. The studio was remarkable to say the very least and I miss it and the instructors. The terminals are connected to the internet, contain common design software, and are free to use. There are multiple 3D printers, both hobby and professional grade. You need to pay for material used. There is an area to allow you to build electronics, refine photos and create vinyl graphics. Also there are machine shops for metal and wood. There are basic safety rules that you will be instructed in and need to follow - no long sleeve shirts is a big one. For some tools you will need to pass a safety test in order to be able to use them. There is also an array of other tools that you can use.
