We…read moreunfortunately had some issue's trying to get a bond for my brother, and after dealing with some not some friendly bonding companies I came across their office. Right off the bat, the lady on the phone was so informative and polite. She took the time to explain the process and how everything worked. I really had no idea so much went into posting bail for someone. Once I was in the office, the paperwork process was very simple and fast. They turned in my brother's bond for me so that I wouldn't have to wait inline myself which I thought was great. The jail took forever to release him, but luckily I had their office checking on him while we waited. So far they have been great to me and my brother, they do reminders for court ( which is very helpful!) and are always willing to work with him with him checking in with their office. Not saying it in the wrong way, but I hope I won't ever have to use their service again. But in case I do need another bond in the future I definitely know who I am calling first.

Well our first issue came up when we came in three days ahead of our scheduled payment date and still ended up getting charged an extra 200 which they apparently "don't have documentation" for when I have the bank statements and receipts. Drove 1 hr and 1/2 to downtown to pick up my mom, checked inside to get an update at 11pm the bonds man had literally just dropped off the paperwork with the Officer at 22:52 (10:52pm). Ridiculous I was told by representative that it would be delivered in 15mins after I submitted docs early afternoon. So here I was waiting.
