I made the decision to get rid of my carpet and add hard flooring. I honestly never heard of America's Floor Source - I am the type to ask my friends who they have used in the past and go with that. One recommended AFS so I looked them up and their positive reviews sold me. I was not disappointed. We ended up having a major floor leveling issue which we found out after they ripped the carpet. Reggie took care of hiring the new crew that had to come in and fix that issue. He was even VERY patient with me when I called and vented about a misunderstanding (on my part) about the process. Yes a 1-2 day job turned out to be a week and a half (do to scheduling) but he was very communicative throughout the entire project. I would definitely recommend AFS to my friends. I requested a free consultation with America's Floor Source. I was called shortly after my request by Garth Beers and scheduled an appointment for the following week. Garth arrived at the scheduled time with many samples. When I narrowed it down to a few options, he brought in some larger samples from the truck which was very helpful to visualize the overall look of the floor. He wrote up the quote at my house, followed by an email with all of the information. I scheduled the installation for the following week. After coming out to measure, he stayed in contact and answered numerous emails within minutes and we hadn't even agreed to purchase from him yet. We are repeat customer's of America's Floor Source. A few year's ago, we bought a runner for our staircase in order to update our house/help it sell faster on the market by staging. It was a tricky installation because of the staircase design, but it turned out beautifully. We liked it so much that we bought the same pattern for our staircase in our new house. We just had a great experience getting our entire main floor redone with hardwood. The installation could not have gone smoother. The crew was finished in two days. They worked so hard. This process started in October when we first got samples from Garth Beers. He was so patient and explained the pros and cons of each type of hardwood. We bought family room carpet from him and then a few months later, we purchased carpet for our entire upstairs. We are building a new house and ran into the supplier we were going to use couldn't do installs during the covid-19 shut down. Being on a time crunch we got their info from our builder.
