Chris and his crew came to the property to get the rugs before we even moved in and worked diligently to thoroughly clean and sanitize them. The quality of their services and work is outstanding. The care for our beautiful carpets and oriental rug is above and beyond what we hoped for. I wanted to post this because the professionalism was superb. I'm very cautious about who comes in my home. The team was outstanding, taking special care of my home the way I do. They covered my hard wood floors with tarps used corner guards so my walls wouldn't get damaged by hoses. they wore foot protection to protect my floors from damage, the Central location kept in touch with me making sure I was informed of any schedule changes, they even notified me one day before they came. I found AmeriClean online, when searching for a carpet cleaning service. I'm selling my home, and wanted the 14-yr old carpets in the bedrooms and a staircase to look their best. What a great job, and quick/easy for me, the homeowner. I also needed carpet repair in a few corners of doorways, and had a piece of original carpeting to use for the repair. Todd used the original carpet to fix the torn carpet areas, then shampooed everything. It all looks so good! And the price is competitive with the big wholesale companies. This is a local company, woman-owned, efficient, on time and thorough. I even received a call the next day from the owner, Sheila, to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I love supporting local business so I thought I'd give this company a try. One never knows when it comes to carpet cleaning so it was like here goes.... I could not be more satisfied with them. Very responsive, professional, friendly and listened about my carpet issues. We have a senior dog and 20 year old carpet. Hesitant to replace until our sweet girl crosses so I prayed this would clean and freshen. Boy it looks like the day we moved in. Fresh, hard stains gone! If you want great customer service they have that, but I had a bedroom cleaned and saw zero difference. I actually rented a rug doctor shortly after and it really got this one area deeper than the professionals. I would recommend them, but I'm just not sure if it "works" as it should for the cost... read more

I had my carpets cleaned yesterday, but the service from this company didn't start there. The company has called me several times: to tell me about their service once I left a message, to confirm the appointment made, to remind me the day before, and I have a feeling a will receive a call today to ask how the service was completed. I appreciate a company that appreciates my business! The person that cleaned my carpets yesterday was very professional, respected my house by laying towels on the regular floors for hoses to be brought in, and applied plastic shoe covers to finish the carpet cleaning so not to bring the outdoors in on his shoes. The carpets look great! The only down side: I thought the service was a little on the expensive side- but the company gave a military discount. Other carpet cleaners are cheaper, but most times you get what you pay for. It would have been great if the company would accept other competitors coupons. African American. On 6/16/2017 We received a phone call from AmeriClean saying that we need to pay $289.38. We rented a property in Frederick, Maryland from Guardian Properties and Guardian Properties agreed with my husband to take the carpet cleaning fee out of the security deposit and didn't do it. This was apart of the lease. My husband was threatened that if he didn't pay quickly that it would go on our credit report. The carpet was cleaned on 05/12/2016 and we were there at the property to let the tech in. Once the tech finished we asked for a copy of the bill to have proof that it was professionally clean and the tech said no that Guardian Properties gets the invoice again they agreed to pay the bill. We had no idea that all of this was going on AmeriClean got their money because my husband paid in full. It is wrong and bad business practice AmeriClean should have made Guardian Properties pay that was the agreement. BEWARE!!!!!! read more
