We schedule the work and they came out and did all but the top floor. I was told they didn't bring the correct ladder ( I am pretty sure you would know what type of ladder to bring since you were here for the estimate). They were at my house on a Saturday and said they would be by Tuesday morning to finish the job. Tuesday came and went and nothing. I called and left 5 messages and no return call and no return to do the job. Over two weeks later I got a call out of the blue saying they would be here 'tomorrow'. I expressed my disappointment on lack of follow through and no return call. This 'good ole boy' company will not be getting any more business from me. If you expect professional follow through, you might want to consider another company.
