It was my first time in the store and was there, ironically, as a General Manager going above and beyond for a customer of my own. Upon arrival, Gywnne informed me that she had just recently been employed at Augustus & Carolina - and to bear with her as she spent time following up with my out-of-the-norm situation/request. In addition to her so diligently following through with my request - she was also the only staff member servicing the showroom that day. Again, as a general manager who's company's success and livelihood relies on excellence in customer service, I truly couldn't speak higher of Gywnne - and based on our interaction - would personally hire her.

At that point she refused to listen to my complaint and talked over me in a very loud and rude tone. I hung up. Later on in the day I did receive my refund but the whole transaction left a bitter taste and I will think twice about using a "local" florist, especially this one. Don't waste your time.
