Recently I was in a car accident! Thing is I already had some preexisting injuries and was barely able to walk! My wife had been seeing Amerihealth and suggested I give them a try! I did reluctantly and what a difference they are making. They are treating my whiplash with great care and the headaches I was having has almost subsided after only a few weeks of treatment! What impressed me the most is that they truly care about my health! Not only are symptoms from the neck injury easing but my other injuries are getting better as well after years of suffering! Did not tell me they only excepted certain insurance plans until I arrived and started paperwork. They do not accept OhioHealth Healthy insurance plan and stated the charges could be as high as $250 for the day. I'm a retired Police Officer but still work some for the above stated employer. I could not afford the charges. Especially continuing treatment. Now they are sending me a bill for $59.00 because their lack of explanation. read more

Avoid this provider at all costs. We purchased a Groupon for a massage and pain consultation, and saw Dr. Moore for two additional Chiropractic Visits. We got uneasy when the Dr. required us to buy and take Standard Process Nutritional Supplements as part of our chiropractic treatment plan. The supplements he "recommended" contained ingredients that we are allergic to, and allergies were indicated on our medical history. After cancelling all future appointments, we asked for our account total, paid it in full, and told them that we would not be coming back. Over 6 months later, we are still receiving bills for services never provided. It has been a nightmare trying to get our issues resolved, and after multiple messages, Dr. Moore refuses to call us back. Our experience with Amerihealth was unprofessional on many levels, but ultimately felt like a bait-and-switch scam. read more

Dr. Moore has really improved my overall health and wellness. I have been seeing him for a couple years now and I can honestly say that I wouldn't be active without his chiropractor services. I play a lot of sports and stay very active. I have been diagnosed with degenerative disks in my lower back and many times have severe pain. What makes Dr. Moore unique is that he listens to you each visit and knows how to take care of each specific need. I highly recommend his wide variety of services and there are many of them in terms of overall health and wellness. read more

Disclaimer - this review is NOT for the services provided, as I did not receive any. I had a Groupon for a massage and was told that they do not take Groupon appointments on the weekend. Since I travel for work, I arranged to adjust my work schedule to attend my appointment on a Monday. That Monday I got a call that my therapist was sick. As I was not willing to take another weekday appointment due to my work schedule, they said they would get me in at 11:15am on a Saturday instead! I really appreciated this - great!!! Wrong. I showed up at 11:15am and waited in the empty parking lot until 11:45am before leaving. First they cancelled my initial appointment, and then they were no-shows for the reschedule... I'll be requesting a refund on my Groupon and going elsewhere. read more

I purchased a groupon for here, which is how I originally found this place. After using the groupon, I inquired to costs, and they ran my insurance card and said I would be covered except for about $5 out of pocket per visit. Sounded good, so I began going there for adjustments, at which point the dr recommended a quick thing of exercises. I didn't think much of it. I stopped going there because of travel and working, but receive a call over a year after my last visit saying I owe them over a hundred dollars. The receptionist tells me that the former billing workers had messed up and my insurance had not covered it. By the way this place has a huge turnover of employees as on my first visit two of the people working said it was their last day there. I receive the bill in the mail and those ten minutes of instructed exercises were $25!!! I would have never agreed to that if they had informed of the cost up front instead of making it seem they were included with adjustments. I bought a Groupon and I was so excited to get my massage! I had been looking forward to it for weeks and it was terrible. First, it was supposed to be an hour massage and it was only 45 minutes. Second, the massage therapist asked what areas I wanted her to focus on and I said hamstrings and low back and she barely touched my legs and back. All she did was massage my neck and head. I was sooo disappointed! She even gave me a coupon for $20 off my next massage but I will not be using it! Not worth my money. read more

Dr. Moore is a true lifesaver!!! My 17 year old daughter had back pain and has to compete in a track meet tomorrow. Dr Moore treated her outside his regular hours, in order to accommodate her school schedule. I watched him treat her and was able to see that her one leg was shorter than the other. I've never witnessed this before. No wonder she was in pain. Dr. Moore treated her with a combination of techniques and tools and then he went outside with her to watch her run down the sidewalk. He wanted to ensure that her stride looked ok and that she wasn't having any pain. He then gave her some electrical muscle stimulation, while she was able to enjoy laying on the hydro massage bed. First class service!!!! We will now be going to see him on a regular basis!! read more

Dr. John is one of the best chiropractors and Amerihealth Chiropractic and Wellness is one of the best practices I've ever been to. I've received chiropractic care from a number of chiropractors around Columbus and in different states over the past 16 years and they are the best! They've been treating me for over a year and I've received nothing but amazing care from the start. My care plans have included chiropractic adjustments, massage, and physical therapy (all of which can be done right in their office!) Dr. John is very caring and has wonderful "bedside manner", as does his staff. I've felt welcomed from day 1 and appreciated as a patient. They are also the most honest and transparent office I've dealt with when it comes to payment options and plans, most recently helping me through frustrating changes with my insurance. Many chiropractors have suggested care plans that would cost thousands of dollars, all of which I couldn't afford. Dr. John has been the first to provide me with appropriate care plans at an affordable price with realistic payment options. I couldn't be happier or recommend this doctor and office more! I see the most caring doctor at Amerihealth, Dr. Ryan Zullo. He listens and truly cares about his patient's health both in the present and the future. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment and the staff are friendly and kind. I also LOVE their massage therapist. read more

This is a top notch office that truly cares about you leaving your first visit feeling better. I was in bad shape and when I left I had so much more freedom of movement. This place is fabulous! Dr. Moore and his staff do a tremendous job of not only treating your immediate pain but also of turning the focus to one or working to promote wellness and address the root causes of the symptoms. I have been a patient for about six months and have experienced results far beyond anything that I had expected. I really didn't know how much I had allowed my health to decline or how much I really had come to accept not feeling well as being normal. My treatment plan has progressed to where I now am functioning at a level I had thought was no longer possible and I now work to maintain rather than just treat the symptoms. I encourage you to give chiropractic a try and visit amerihealth. You might find that you are also pleasantly surprised that you do not have to accept your current condition as normal. read more

My massage with Tracy was amazing. 5 stars all day. Definitely leery of the chiropractic side. I purchased a groupon for the massage. I honestly didn't expect much because the price was so low but Tracy was awesome. The groupon included a free consult with Dr. Moore and hydromassage (which they totally forgot to offer me at the end but the place was closed by the time my massage was over). Still the massage was so amazing. I've pondered over the chiropractic side a bit but I'm not feeling it. I'm going to contact my primary care Dr for his opinion. Dr. Moore was a little too quick to get me set up on some type of payment plan before I even understood what kind of treatment was necessary. When I asked questions he sent me home with a bunch of brochures. I don't doubt that I have some nerve issues but I'm unclear on what type of treatment would take place. He was all about making things affordable and that was his pitch but how on earth am I going to commit to something without experiencing some type of result or even know what the heck the corrective therapy entails. I would love to come back for a massage but I don't know about the chiro side. The other reviews on here regarding "bait and switch", "scammers" have me feeling my doubts are justified. I can't complain about the massage though. Heaven! read more
