I came in to get a car financed. The process was complete within a few days. I came early in the week and by Saturday I had found my new car and was driving off the lot. Highly recommed a credit union if you are done with bug banks and want more personalized service.

I decided to join a credit union versus the major banks after really having bad experiences with the major banks (i'll keep the names of the other banks anonymous for the sake of being a nice person). Location: Conveniently located in Jonesboro next to Morrow, Georgia. This credit union is off of exit 231 on I 75 south. There are plenty of stores nearby such as Publix, the farmers market, Plato's closet, and many more.There are also great restaurant to check out as well. Service: The few times that I have gone inside, service has been very welcoming and the patient. The wait is not nearly as long as other major banks and you are guaranteed to get the service you need. I especially appreciate the fact that they have drive-thru hours on Saturday. Bummers: Some negatives is the fact that there are not many locations located around metro Atlanta. However they do offer something that I believe is called Bank sharing where you can go to another credit union branch and have the same service rendered that you would at your home bank.

Cassandra was the most UNPROFESSIONAL bank teller that I have ever dealt with in the 5 years that I have been banking with Wells Fargo. I see that in the values of Wells Fargo it says in the "ethics" portion it states "We're committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and principled performance. We do the right thing, in the right way, and hold ourselves accountable." Where I see Cassandra go wrong is that she does NOT provide a principled performance. I really do understand people having bad days and not wanting to work but I am very sure that when you get hired that is one of the questions that is asked and Im very sure that she answered that she is not bothered by outside influences while she is at work. Also I see in the latter part of the ethics clause "We do the right thing, in the right way, and hold ourselves accountable." I believe that Wells Fargo should do something about this and hold Cassandra accountable for her mal attitude. I am already having a rough day as it is and for this to be happening it just completely ruins my day and just to let you know, I WILL BE BANKING ELSEWHERE. Have a blessed day, Brian :)

Persons really do very little for your business. They place holds on checks for no reason. Leaving…read morethe bank with a handwritten note stating you made a deposit because the "system is slow" is unacceptable. They offer no help with unauthorized purchases to your debit card without chasing a paper trail, other than locking your account if a purchase trips their fraud software. The trouble is those purchases are too often valid. So if the purchase is an issue for them they're all over it. If it's a problem for you then you're out of luck. Competitors will do a better job of taking care of you on all accounts. Interest rates for savings are worthless. Rates for loans are not competitive. They limit ATM fee waivers. They are usually very nice about it all while they do little for the loan of your money, but the fact is their service is poor to bad for value.

May 2020, added my husband to my Person's Bank checking account, we were greeted by Onita Harvey,…read moreshe tried to refuse service to us, then allowed us to come in but we had to sit in the foyer. My husband filled out the paperwork, signed it, got his debit card and done. On December 11th, I get a phone call from Cathy Snow, "Your husband didn't sign his Signature Card, I need him to come by and sign it and I need a "Security Question" from you" my husband is at work over 70 miles away. Cathy Snow tells me she's going to mail it, I can get my husband to sign it and mail it back. She NEVER mentioned it had to be signed and returned within 30 days. I tell her I was sure I made my security questions when I opened my account with them August 2019. She says, NO security question has been made, I tell her my security question. She says "No, we can't use that one it was already used" WAIT! WHAT! She just told me I had never created a security question, and now she's saying this one had already been used! I said just use blah blah. On December 26th, I arrive at Enterprise Rental Car to pick-up a van for my family to go on Christmas vacation. I presented my debit card to the agent, DECLINED! I called the customer service the CSR tells me the bank put A HOLD AT CHRISTMAS TIME ON ALL RENTAL CARS! She says she cannot remove the hold a "supervisor" must do it and a Supervisors was not available. She asked me my "Security Question". I told her, she said NO, that is NOT it. Cathy Snow had put her own question and answer in for MY security question. On December 31st, I get another phone call from Cathy Snow, she had not received our signature card. I told her I was thinking about closing my account, so I didn't think they needed a signature card anymore. The only thing she said was "I'm sorry to hear that". Cathy Snow never mentioned she needed the card, nor that she was going to close my account! My account was short 4 cent because of all the money I had to fork out with the Gatlinburg nightmare, a deposit slip for 4 cent wrote and signed by Cathy Snow said "ACCOUNT CLOSED"! I called Cathy Snow, asked her why my account had been closed she said "you said you were closing your account, you refused to send the signature card back and you have a zero balance" I told her "I did not give you permission to close my account, I know my balance is low but my paycheck was being directly deposited Friday. I also know how you forged my security question," Cathy Snow said "Your account is closed and there's nothing you can do, unless you bring me the "Signature Card". I remember signing that "Signature Card" I get to the bank, another lady asked to help me. She informed me that I have 30 days to get the documents, I let her know it had been 3 weeks. She says my account is open and in good standing. I asked for it in writing just in case the lender questioned it. I got the print-off, the lady wrote the account was opened, had not been closed. On January 15th, my husband calls me, his debit card was declined, around noon I get an email from Griffin Utilities telling me my automated debit payment was DECLINED. I call the bank, AGAIN, the CSR tells me my debit card had been canceled because my account was, CLOSED. The CSR says "Your account has since been "re-opened" but we can't reactivate the cards. You can come by and pick up your new cards." I asked her again that my debts cards would be waiting for me at the bank, she said "Yes". I get to the bank, I walk into the manager's, Onita Harvey, office. I ask for my debit cards, she tries to tell me my account was closed because I did not return the signed documents in the allotted time frame. She told me she couldn't give me my debit cards because they were already mailed out. That was NOT what the CSR told me. I explained I was not leaving without new debit cards because I had bills to pay IMMEDIATELY. She then tells me she's going to write me a check and close my account because she didn't like my attitude.
