Your choice of banking, ATM, drive thru or walk inside for full service. I was in need of notary service and kind of in a hurry on a Friday. I stood at the counter for about 1 minute before being waited on. The nice lady at the counter confirmed they could do it but there was one person ahead of me. Fast, friendly and efficient. I'd like to remove 1/2 star due to my dislike for the constant effort to up sell you on some sort of product. Besides that I'm a happy WF customer.

In addition, Vystar had less monthly fees and ATM charges. We had been at Community First since it was Educational Community CU. they have gone straight downhill. I've been meaning to open a bank account locally but haven't for some reason or another. A month ago I had to get a document notarized and called another bank. They told me they're not able to do it. I decided to just stop in this branch without an appt one Sat afternoon. The guy there told me they're really busy but would be able to squeeze me in before they closed. I did some shopping at SuperTarget and came back within 45 mins. Notarized was completed without any issues. The banker asked me about my banker situation and told me about their checking promo of $250. I wasn't ready at that time. Because I needed to set up a new direct deposit at work, I decided I was ready to open an account and made an appointment online for last Sat afternoon. They were even more busy then last time since they were under construction and was down to one or two ATMS. The appointment probably saved me from an hr wait. I opened a checking account and the promo was still available but it had gone up to $300. Awesome!! I have to wait 90 days before it's deposited into my account but no biggie. Minimum deposit was only $25 and criteria to get the bonus is a min total direct deposit of $4,000 within 3 months. The banker I had an appt with was really cool and friendly. There was another banker that helped me make my first deposit. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience.
