We solved the insulation problem lowering the garage heat inside at least 25 -30 degrees. Fixed the food odors by renovating the newly built kitchen. Added a vent hood and put the microwave in a lower cabinet. Now my entire house does NOT smell like food odor every time I cook. We renovated the kitchen pantry and 3 large closets by taking out wire shelving. Then, designed closets with wood shelving and specially built open wood cabinets. Found a 'hot wire' in the attic. Rewired the house in the attic. The kitchen was designed for a side-by-side regrigerator. The wrong size was installed and we replaced it. Kitchen cabinet flooring not finished under the cabinets. Replaced the flooring. Even the hardware on the doors was missing. Installed the hardward. Vents were cut above the doors - then you could hear people speak from back of house to the front. Replaced vents with solid walls. Carlos Lira's team of workers are knowledgeable and hard workers. They accomplished many tasks with each visit. I always saw great improvement once they finished for the day and they did a through job each time. I had a great experience with everyone! I highly recommend Carlos and his team of workmen! Multiple cracks in my driveway... before even being used by the RV that Brad knew was going to be…read moredriven over this driveway. This was a permitted job with plans on site. These plans showed, and Brad was told where door access was going to be. Brad's crew failed to pour a sidewalk to the entry door. You have to step into the dirt to get to the entry door. When Brad was notified of this, he refused to respond or take responsibility. Brad knew the dimensions of the 32' RV that going to be driven on both the driveway and the pad. I drove a 2700 lbs 2-door car onto the pad... which cracked the pad. Can't wait to see what's going to happen when I drive on this stuff with the RV. The crack in the pad begins where the crew failed to complete a joint line. When this was brought to Brad's attention he said that maybe the metal building crew (company building the metal storage building) will have a saw to complete the joint line. Doesn't answer calls or respond to texts after the discovery of these concrete failures. I'm now off to the BBB to see if there's anyway to document these issues for anyone who plans to use this company in the future.

We got several quotes at different reasonable ranges but only Nelson (the owner) truly impressed us. We arrived after the store was closed (due to Google having incorrect closing times) but Nelson opened back up and stayed for over an hour consulting with us. Never once did he rush us or imply that he had other things to do. And this was before we even agreed to be his clients! No one else showed that level of professionalism. You can guess how the rest went so I will spare you the details. We gave Nelson's team a very short deadline yet they met it and the work is SPECTACULAR! we couldn't be happier. Now, that's not to say there weren't hiccups. However, Nelson immediately took the proper steps needed to resolve any issues that arose. Even more so, he was always polite, caring and honest.
