Took a long time to get Zach out to look at the job, but that wasn't the worst part. He came out the Thursday before Memorial Day (May 23). He was originally going to put an estimate together by the next night, but I told him not to worry about it until after the holiday. He said he'd have it to me on Tuesday, the 28th. On Wednesday, May 29, he texted that he was still working on it. On Monday, June 3, I texted in the morning to find out how the estimate was going. No response. I texted again that night to ask if he was still working on the estimate. No response. I just don't get contractors like Coastal Pavers who do nothing to honor their word, honor their promises, or act in a professional manner. Instead, they just ghost their potential customers. It's stunning to me. In sum, don't hire this company unless you want to waste your time and be lied to. Find a professional company who will be forthright with you instead. read more
