This would be a zero rating if i could. Last week I contacted them about a truck they had for sale. We got all the way down to the point where we had an agreed upon price. I told them on Friday at 3:17 in the afternoon that my wife and I will talk it over and let them know. I got back to them on Saturday and told them we would take it. I then got an email from Delaney Pierce, their "business manager" stating that they had two test drives they needed to honor which shocked me. I wrote back to her and told her i will send a down payment now. She did not respond so i called her back. She stated that she must honor the test drives scheduled for today. That is total hogwash. I had the offer and I was wanting to put down my deposit before any test drives. I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my life and never had a more downer experience. One would think, the test drivers would of been told it was sold. I asked a local dealer and he said that they probably had a family member or "Pillar of the community" interested. Delaney also was rude on the phone and lied to me several times, the first being that we had been in contact for several weeks about the truck, which we were not, it wasn't even a week. She also stated that these people were local and i was from out of town..to which i responded, "what does that matter?" My wife and I ended up taking Friday off to come and pick up the truck and they knew that. If you are from out of town, stay away from this dealership. Thank you to Amery Chevrolet (AC) and their staff! I discovered an SUV on their website introducing me to what appeared I had been looking for with a specific engine. After reading the online reviews, my first phone call to AC was with Delaney who provided transparent information I needed in response to my questions including who would be available to assist in a test drive once I arrived from the Metro area. When indicating I was not familiar with the area, Sales Associate, Angel, took the time to ride with me (and my son) allowing us to get an accurate feel for the vehicle and educating us about the numerous options of which I was unfamiliar. Once deciding to move forward with the purchase, Angel listened to those terms that were important to close on the transaction. And for those with which he was unsure, there was no hesitation in enlisting John's assistance as AC's Sales Manager. We signed an additional 'We Owe' document with Sales Manager, Lacy, that included those terms ensuring I did not need to be concerned something would slip through the figurative cracks. While waiting on those items to be completed, AC's Service Manager, Julie, talked directly with me to assist in any information update. John and Angel continued to stay engaged during the entire process. After receiving the vehicle, I scheduled a look-over appointment with our long-time personal mechanic of 20+ years. Bought my new to me chevy 2023 Silverado in January knowing it needed a part. We thought I would be able to drive the truck until the part came in, but found out we could not. The dealership put me right back into my old truck and gave me permission to use it as if it was my own for my business until they were able to get my new truck fixed. I feel they went above and beyond what they needed to allowing me to still run my business without any major issues. read more

I received a Christmas card for a free oil change from Amery Chevrolet. Even though I didn't own my Chevy anymore, Amery Chevrolet did a quick truck wash and oil change on my Ford for No charge. I was impressed. I didn't get that from the dealer I purchased the truck from. read more

I will never use Amery Chevrolet again! I try to use Local Businesses but after 2 strikes I'm done with this Chevrolet Dealer. I purchased New Tires for my Acadia Denali for close to $1000 and in less than 2 months and less than 1500 miles on them I had an Issue with a sidewall on one tire. When we brought it in to have it looked at I was basically told "To Bad". I should have looked BUT they SHOULD have OFFERED Road side hazard coverage. WHO wouldn't offer Road Hazard coverage for $1000 worth of tires! Apparently Amery Chevrolet. I had to buy another New Tire to replace the bad one at a cost of $246.00. Strike One. Today I scheduled my car for multiple service issues that I was told would take a week. I was told to drop my car off at 8 am. After having medical issues(Blood Sugar) early this morning I call and asked if I could still drop it off (This was about 10:30 am) I was told they could no longer take it today and in fact could no longer take it until later next week. WHAT! Even when they were scheduled to have it all week. I don't quite understand how 2 1\2 hours make that much difference when it was supposed to be there all week. Strike 2. Done. Called the Dealership I used before I moved to Amery and they said bring it in, with my LIST and they would have a Loaner car ready for me when I got there. This was my worst experience with a dealership yet. We brought our vehicle in with low oil pressure. The mechanic decided told us there was metal shavings in the oil and it needed an entire new motor...to the tune of $7000.00 After waiting for our extended warranty representative, they wanted to have the motor 'torn down' to determine the exact cause of the low oil pressure...this time to the tune of $1800.00 Well, after our frustrations, we picked up the vehicle and brought it home. Six hours and $135.00 later we had replaced the oil pump and have had no issues with it yet. I have NO faith in returning to the dealership after this experience. I truly felt as though they were trying to take our money...or do not have the mechanic expertise needed. We tried to keep our business local, but will likely drive further for future needs. The only reason I gave a rating of 2 was because of the manager. He was very professional and helped us with a loaner vehicle while going through this ordeal. read more
