Prior to Dr Mack, we both had high anxiety when having to see a dentist due to horrible dental experiences when we were growing up. Now a visit to the dentist office is no big deal. Dr Mack comes up with a dental plan for you and lets you know what to expect financially also. As you go through each procedure, he explains to you what's going on and lets you know that you can stop the procedure and take a little break at any time if you're uncomfortable. It's embarrassing to admit, but I've actually nodded off during a few procedures. Coming from someone who's always had high anxiety from seeing a dentist, that should make you realize how comfortable Dr Mack makes everyone feel. Prior to seeing him, we hadn't been to a dentist for a few years. Not once did Dr Mack pass judgment on us or talk down to us for not taking care of our dental health for that amount of time. The hygienists have also been great - very professional and friendly! I would definitely recommend Dr Mack - especially to those who have had bad dental experiences in the past!!

We received 4 texts reminding us of the appt., but not one mention of the increase. Went through the total cleaning appt with the hygienist and the dentist...not one mention of the cost increase. Checking out AFTER the appt. and the receptionist has ALREADY RAN OUR CREDIT CARD...not one mention of the price increase until we look at the receipt and say "what the hell?". THEN the receptionist fumbles with saying "we haven't made any price increases in 5 years". The point is....not once were we notified of this price increase and given the option to opt out or have a different option. Like I said at the beginning....I am very upset and disappointed with this company at this point and would not recommend them to anyone who is having to watch your budget.

Sidenote: I was recently in an accident. My whole experience, from the ER to all the specialists, was of someone just there to do a job. I almost felt like I was getting in the way by asking questions (and receiving unsatisfying responses). Nobody wants to "take an interest" in you to get to the bottom of it. Dr. Lundstrom has been the only exception. Everyone at the office is super friendly and knowledgeable. Also, they give you all the data! I left the office with a thumb drive of all my x-rays/photos. I like to be able to look at what's going on in closer detail, so that was nice to have automatically. I've had a lot of dentists over the years. A lot of good ones too. Dr. Lundstrom is my favorite. I can tell that he has a curious mind that isn't satisfied without an answer. That's exactly the kind of person I want in my corner, especially when it comes to my health! I'd also recommend getting on a cancel list for appointments, because they're extra busy right now and probably won't be able to get you in for at least a month or two like me.
