We left one Agent from another State Farm to come to Dave Snow, and it was the best decision my husband and I ever made! We have multiple insurances with him, and because of his expertise we had made another decision for life insurance! My wife became legally blind in December 2025 and subsequently surrendered her driver's license. Despite providing notice of this life transition and requesting the cancellation of her auto insurance policy, Dave Snow has repeatedly refused to process the cancellation. Continuing to charge premiums for an individual who is legally unable to operate a vehicle is completely unacceptable. We expected standard professional support during a difficult medical transition, but instead have been met with total unhelpfulness and unreasonable resistance. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for an agency that treats its clients with basic fairness and professional ethics.

I had to rent a car for $150 to get to my daughter's wedding, and it turned out my car was fine and needed a jump start was all, but their technician only had a little jump box you buy at Walmart. So they towed it to Olean where my mechanic Juno started it the next day. What a joke. I have video of him yelling and threatening me. I asked this AAA for my $150 cost refunded. They have refused. Avoid this office and AAA service branch at all costs!
