And then tried to change them after I talked at him about how awful every other med has been. Additionally, I was in an emergency situation where I needed meds and was out of state. Apparently my provider had called back the wrong number three times. I know she had the right one because I wrote it down myself and pointed out to her that it's easy to mistake for a local number. When I finally got in touch with her, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the mistake. Just not how patients should be treated. I'm currently waiting in the waiting room, as my provider is 20 minutes late for my appointment. On a workday. When I've discussed with her how difficult it is for me to take a day off. Think she'd be willing to be flexible? Wrong. Honestly, go somewhere else. If you weren't crazy before, you will be after trying to work with these people.

Maybe she would be better for single people, not really sure . She doesn't take insurance , our visits were almost $200 for the hour and we got zero out of it . Often arguing more after sessions. We ended up finding someone who could manage our issues as a couple which was great. I do not recommend Susan Lager.
