Even with a heart attack you are better off driving or calling an ambulance and going elsewhere. Not the place for excellent care. Like a bad fever dream. However, Lauren (CRNA) from anesthesia made my experience terrifying. she was messy and attempted to insert an IV 4 times while leaving each failed catheter in my arm/hands. I had made it clear to everyone my fear of needles and my prior medical trauma experiences. she made a complete loud mess of the room by throwing equipment out of the way. she warned me AFTER poking me that she was poking me. i cried and hyperventilated the entire time. she was cold and rushed. this is unacceptable in patient care. i work in animal care and there are times to call it and try a new route based on your patients comfort. she is not fit for this position. i would like to hear back from someone about this or her superior.

While a patient there, I had to poop on my 3rd day finally...the bathroom in my room was occupied by my room mate and the staff would NOT allow me to use the staff bathroom...again treating me like a second class citizen...trash. I didn't poop that day. when I left here, I had blood in me feces for days due to inflammation in my digestive tract from not having access to the foods my body needs. When I met with the main "doctor" here, he stated that the human body does not have an endocannabinoid system (idiot) and he stated the cannabis is destroying the healthcare system....he's an idiot obviously. I have been diagnosed a drug addict for medicating my spinal disease with a plant instead of pain pills. The discharging PA falsified my Medical record, with Q&A's that never occurred and he was caught later and admitted he made them up d/t "being too busy with too many discharges at once." But he was "sorry for lying". I was told by the family of my "roommate" who witnessed and heard all of the mistreatment that I would have been treated much better if I was Spanish. I was then told if i didnt like it we could go back to the waiting room but it would take longer to be seen. I had to complain to get her in a room so her medical concerns could be private and not aired in the hallway in front of everyone. Best part is they sat us in front of an empty room and 5 minutes later put someone else in that room??
