I chose the $50 combo (15 minutes body + 45 minutes foot reflexology), and it felt like a good value. My reflexologist was very good and used very firm pressure, which I appreciated. It really helped relieve some headaches and pain I've been having in my joints, lower back, and glutes. I actually fell asleep during part of the massage, which says a lot. The body massage rooms are private, while the foot reflexology area is separated by curtains. You could hear some employees whispering and a few customers snoring, but that didn't bother me. It started out with a foot soak and a shoulder massage, then a foot and leg massage, then more back massage. The massage was good, though I was a little disappointed by the foot massage. I expected that there might be more of a focus on pressure points in the feet since it was a reflexology massage, but instead it just involved rubbing my feet like in a normal massage.
