We sent a letter of policy cancellation and switched companies. Today AJ from the office called to ask if we were sure we wished to cancel and to find out with which company we decided to go with instead. I let AJ know that, "Yes, we are going to cancel the policy at this time." AJ then asked what company we had switched over to. I said, "I'm sorry, but we aren't going to give out that information." AJ the LIED to me stating he cannot cancel the policy without having that tidbit of information which I responded with, "No, we have already sent the letter of cancellation and we were not going to provide any more information." AJ got mad that I would not release personal information he did not require and hung up on me. They are nice, as long as you are paying them money... If you cancel your policy, don't give them unwarranted info and make sure you send that cancellation via the mail with the post man asking for a signature of receipt from the company. AJ needs to learn how to accept the word "no" with dignity and end a call professionally. If he were my employee, he would have been fired for such conduct. Now his conduct has warranted a dink on their company Yelp Reviews... Bless his little heart.
