Unfortunately during these crazy times, their lobby is closed and they're basically running the entire bank from only one drive-thru lane and the line is usually wrapped around the building. I had a banking need yesterday that was time-sensitive, and because of, Lorraine went above and beyond to insure things got taken care of.

Well they came once and filled some holes in the garage floor and the technician told me to make another appointment to re coat the floor. Well they said it was out of season since it was winter and I had to wait until spring even though they had done the job originally in February, my garage is heated. I have since filled out their online service request twice with photos and everything else they requested.. Needless to say I have never gotten a response from them, they promise the world but when it comes time to deliver you cannot find them...

Following a flood in my…read morehome on June 13, 2017, we tore out all of the existing wet carpet -- everything was soaked -- and we also had to cut out the drywall and baseboards which had gotten soaked. I was not going to get carpet again, and I was considering installing ceramic floor tile. My flood insurance adjuster recommended Nature Stone. I looked into their materials and process, and it seemed like the best fit for me. Flood insurance being what it was, I had to finance a portion of the cost. But the selling point was that this would be a permanent addition to my home, and if it ever did flood again, we'd simply need to mop it up and steam clean the floor, with no other major disruptions. It took a while for Nature Stone to have a crew available to work on our home, but the process was simple, smooth, and clean. We did need to have everything out of the house, and that was a bit of a challenge, but it seems as if it was worth it. The floor is now beautiful and seamless throughout the house. Nature Stone also provided me with extra stone from our color lot in case there needs to be repairs -- and there is a 20 year warranty that seems to be able to cover in case of any incidents. I'm very happy with the way things have gone.

LLD is an Agent (Sales). They procure actual insurance from outer insurance companies. I was…read moreinvolved in a no fault accident with the fault party having told me they were the insurer. LLD in turn referred me to Western Reserve Group. Since filing a claim with them I have not received a call back nor e-mail from their insurance adjuster or anyone. I have reached out calling 4 times ("not in" and left messages) and 5 e-mails with no returned correspondence whatsoever. LLD I feel is a culpable Agent and would be well advised to capitalize an ethical insurance underwriter rather than the Western Reserve Group.
