The bottom line is there is a blue huge in the flooring edging that was not on the flooring sample (from which I made my decision). It is insulting to read that it is considered a cosmetic. The third and last rep to inspect my floor is suppose to be an independent report to the manufacturer. I can not recommend purchasing anything from this location, nor their Troy location as they are under the same ownership.

Poor workmanship and lack of accountability. We are now dealing with the consequences as we are trying to replace our siding and realizing all the problems. They did a terrible job of cleaning up, leaving debris in the yard and hundreds of loose nails, wood, and a beer bottle in the attic. They threw away materials (plywood sheets) that were purchased on our account without confirming with us whether we'd like to save them. Would avoid at all costs.
