Interesting...because it never sagged before this paint job. I bought top of the line Benjamin Moore paints. On a 6 panel door, only five panels were painted. I did most of the spackle and patch work myself to walls before they came, but I did expect them to check each wall before painting. They did not. the owner of the company is a very personable guy, but was nowhere in sight while his workers were here. Most supervisors will stop by a job to check and see if there are any concerns...especially when no one speaks English. The workers were very sweet, but we had communication difficulties. Expect to spend a lot of money too, as they are quite expensive...especially when you have to hire fixer-uppers afterwards.

It's like skin pealing off a badly sun burned individual. Terrible. This company couldn't pay me enough to let them work on my home again. I suggest other consumers take a hard pass on any quotes from them.

The bottom line is there is a blue huge in the flooring edging that was not on the flooring sample (from which I made my decision). It is insulting to read that it is considered a cosmetic. The third and last rep to inspect my floor is suppose to be an independent report to the manufacturer. I can not recommend purchasing anything from this location, nor their Troy location as they are under the same ownership.

They threw away materials (plywood sheets) that were purchased on our account without confirming with us whether we'd like to save them. Would avoid at all costs. Nick (one of their "project managers" I suppose?) was a good salesman but on the day of the install, was a complete mess!! The crew showed up on time and ready to work, Nick is nowhere to be found. Finally pulls up like 1.5 hrs late (with a lame excuse as to why he's late). I take one good look at Nick, wow the guy is completely hung over! He forgot everything we've discussed (even though I sent him a txt two days before) and backs up the dumpster into a ditch. The crew doesn't speak a word of English; Nick doesn't speak any Spanish, it's going great. Once the crew starts working, Nick bounces and doesn't come back till pretty much end of the day. When he comes back, he shows up with a BUDDY of his! What is this a hang out of some sorts?! Both of them are high as kites!! The buddy keeps babbling nonstop, Nick is sweating buckets (while it's now a cool evening). He kept lifting up his shirt, using the bottom of it to wipe off his sweaty forehead - I do not need to see this! Now, it's pitch black outside and the crew is still working because Nick is such a mess of a "project manager". They're using THEIR PHONES flashlights to finish the job. This is a joke. We had them replace skylights while doing the roof as well and Nick brought wrong handles so we couldn't open them for months (we have an A-frame so the skylights are actually our main windows). I kept calling Nick about the handles and he kept telling me they're on back order. I did some digging and figured out who their supplier is, called them myself - nothing is on back order! He, similarly kept making excuses for the blinds that were supposed to come with the skylights. Have yet to receive those. About a month after the job was complete, I had a leak at my chimney. Got a hold of the owner, it got fixed. Now, almost two years later, some of the shingles are starting to fall apart! No, definitely would not recommend these guys.

I called Dave after doing a search on Google. He came immediately to scope out the problem. He gave me a very reasonable quote which was better than a couple of drywall specialists I called. A friend whose brother is a contractor spoke to her brother who confirmed Dave's price was extremely reasonable for the Albany/Capital region and I should jump on it. Dave finished the job professionally and the ceiling now looks like no repair was needed. He fixed the ceiling drywall seamlessly and very smoothly, and then painted it. I paid him the price we agreed to. A couple of weeks later he came for a plumbing issue and met the tenants while I was at work. A new garbage disposal was needed to fix the problem. I picked one up at Lowe's Fri night and Dave came Sat morning to install it. No plumber needed. He also repaired a loose front doorknob while he was here. He can do a wide range of things.
